Last Sunday, we were reminded of something so important: we were never meant to walk this journey alone.

Through Acts 11:19–26, we saw how Barnabas encouraged others in their faith and how the early church grew through community, encouragement and people willing to walk alongside one another.

Sometimes we need someone to remind us to keep going. Sometimes we are the ones called to encourage someone else. And sometimes, simply being together in God’s presence is exactly what we need.

Who is God placing around you to walk with you and who might need you to walk alongside them?

A beautiful reminder of unity and growth.

Last Sunday, we came together to worship, connect and reflect on what it means to grow together as the body of Christ.

Through Ephesians 4:1–6, 13–16, Pastor Rainer reminded us of the importance of unity, maturity, love and growing together in faith.

What a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness! 🕊️🌊

As we look back at these photos from last week’s baptism, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Even though the weather led to a few changes in our plans, it didn’t stop us from celebrating what God was doing. It was a truly special afternoon filled with faith, joy, and fellowship.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support those being baptized, regardless of the weather. Your love, encouragement, and willingness to brave the rain made the day even more meaningful.

If you’re joining us today, we can’t wait to see you! Come worship with us as we gather together to grow in faith, encourage one another, and celebrate all that God is doing in our church family.

We were reminded that God’s grace is a gift that transforms our lives and gives us hope, peace, and victory through Christ.

Meet Joyce Englund!
Originally from Chicago, Joyce is serving as an intern at IKC Church through the Evangelical Covenant Church and we’re so excited to welcome her to Kiel!

We asked Joyce a few questions so we can all get to know her a little better and give her a warm Kiel welcome 🇩🇪
