Grace and peace in our Lord Jesus Christ,
This upcoming Sunday we get to gather together for worship at 11:30! We very much look forward to seeing you. Also, if you free, tomorrow night (Friday 21 August) from 18:00-19:30 at the church in the Gemeindesaal, we are having a bilingual Am Tisch| At the Table service and three of our RELISH congregation members will be making an African feast! I am so very much looking forward to this!

Herzliche EINLADUNG zu Am Tisch / At the table und damit zum zweisprachigen Friday Night Dinner Service am Freitag, den 21. August um 18 Uhr

Beim nächsten FNDS wird gemeinsam gegessen, gesungen, gequatscht und gebetet. Wir laden ein zu einem Abendessen, wie Jesus es mit seinen Freunden gefeiert hätte, bei dem Essen und Gottesdienst einfach zusammengehören.
So wie Jesus damals mit seinen Freunden am Tisch saß, wollen auch wir gemeinsam essen, ins Gespräch kommen und Gott ganz nah erleben.

🍛 Diesmal gibt es afrikanisches Essen, freut euch auf neue Aromen und Geschmäcker!
🎤 Im Jugendkeller wird es diesmal laut: Karaoke ist angesagt!
🌍 Es wird auf Englisch und Deutsch sein, aber keiner und keine muss in der jeweils anderen Sprache fit sein.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Für groß und klein, alt und jung, Familien, Paare und Alleinstehende.
🚪 Keine Anmeldung nötig, einfach kommen, mitmachen, ausprobieren!
💛 Für die Unkosten bitten wir am Ende um eine Spende.

Join us for the next FNDS, where we will eat, sing, chat, and pray together. We invite you to a dinner in the spirit of how Jesus once shared meals with his friends, where food and worship simply belong together.
Just like Jesus once sat at the table with his friends, we want to share a meal together, talk, and experience God up close.

🍛 This time we will have African food, so get ready for some new flavors and aromas!
🎤 The youth basement is turning up the volume with karaoke this time!
🌍 It will be in English and German, but nobody needs to be fluent in the other language.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For young and old, families, couples, and singles alike.
🚪 No registration needed, just come, join in, and try it out!
💛 To cover costs, we will ask for a donation at the end.

Grace and peace, friends!
We are all in the process of coming back home after trips, family visits, and vacations. We can hardly believe that school starts next week! We would love to invite you to RELISH on Sunday at 11:30, AND after church to the Waterloo Biergarten if you would like. Not only is it almost the beginning of school, but today is Pastor Jeff's 40th birthday, and Jeff's and my 15th wedding anniversary! We would love to raise a toast with you all if you are able!
No matter what, we are grateful for you all, and look forward to seeing you soon!

Grace and peace in this holiday season,

We pray you are all doing well - we have been enjoying time together with friends in Rotterdam. We are having fun at so many different parks!

Grace and peace in Christ, friends!
There are a bunch of announcements coming here :D.
First - TOMORROW from 18:00-19:30 we will have Soul Supper at the Lampen House! If you have come lots of times or this is your first time, we so warmly welcome you to our home for a potluck together!
Second - This upcoming Sunday we have the joy of not only getting to come together for RELISH in worship, but also to both get to celebrate communion together and join in a confirmation of faith! We are excited to get to join around the table with you all on Sunday. We get to come remembering what Christ has done for us, to come in communion with one another, and to come with hope and expectation of what Christ is still doing in the world today and will do for eternity.
Third - Next week Friday, 17 July, we will have the second Am Tisch | At the Table service from 18:00-19:30 in the Gemindesaal! The meal this time will be traditional Hungarian Goulash and vegetarian soup, salad, and bread. We look forward to seeing you there too!
So all to say, we get to see you all soon in so many ways (and with food every time haha!) Have a lovely day, everyone!

Good morning, everyone!
Praying that you are finding spaces of coolness in these next few days. We are looking forward to when the heat breaks at the beginning of next week (I could use sweatshirt weather right about now haha!) AND we know this weather is going to bring us amazing tomatoes later in the summer too - God uses everything!
This upcoming Sunday, 28 June, is RELISH at 11:30. Please remember that the sanctuary can be warm, so bring a hand fan and a bottle of water. We look forward to welcoming you to worship!

Grace and peace, friends!
How is it already June? I can hardly believe that we are back into "ordinary" church time - through Easter, through Pentecost, moving already steadily towards Advent 😳. But first, let's enjoy the weather and sun that God has given us here in this specific time. This Sunday at 11:30 AM, please join us for worship at RELISH!
AND! Keep in your calendar our brand new event - Am Tisch | At the Table which will be a less formal service with a meal on Friday, 19 June, from 18:00-19:30 at the church. All are super welcome - this is going to be a bilingual service! Will it be curious? Yes! Will it be new? Yes! Will there be mess ups? Probably! Will we glorify God? Wholeheartedly!
One final note - we were supposed to have a Soul Supper tonight at the Lampen house, but because both Evander and Jeff are not feeling well and my mom's flight from Frankfurt was delayed from this morning to this evening, we are going to postpone. Thank you so much for understanding, and sorry for letting you know this late in the day.

Grace and peace in Christ,

The weather is getting warmer; the sun is out; RELISH is turning 11!

Two reminders for this week:
On Friday (TODAY :D) from 18:00-19:30, we will have Soul Supper Potluck at the Lampen house! There will be a group from Arizona coming, and Jeff and I are so excited for them to get to meet you! The “technical” meal theme is “Tex Mex” but really bring anything to share! If you need our address, please DM us :).

Second, this upcoming Sunday is both Pentecost and RELISH’s 11th Birthday! After church from 11:30-12:30, instead of cookies and tea, we will head to the Waterloo Biergarten together to celebrate 🎉. We would love it if you could join us!
