APPRECIATION MESSAGE:

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
On behalf of the Parish Council and Choir Executives, we sincerely appreciate everyone who attended and supported the Sendforth Ceremony in honour of Reverend Father Emmanuel Opara at the African Catholic Church, Herz Jesu Kirche, Hamm Bockum-Hövel.
The Holy Mass and reception were truly successful and memorable, thanks to your presence, prayers, love, and generous support. Your participation reflected the unity and strong spirit of our parish community.
We express our special gratitude to Reverend Father Davis, our Spiritual Director, Rev. Father Franklin Anyawu, and all the Reverend Fathers and Reverend Sisters who honoured us with their presence and spiritual support throughout the celebration.
We also extend heartfelt appreciation to our sister community in Münster for their solidarity, support, and participation in making the occasion a joyful and successful one.
Furthermore, we thank all parishioners, guests, friends, well-wishers, choir members, and every individual who contributed in one way or another towards making this event beautiful and uplifting.
As Reverend Father Emmanuel Opara begins a new chapter in his ministry, we pray that Almighty God continues to bless, guide, strengthen, and reward him abundantly for his dedicated spiritual service and fatherly care to our community.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
This is to kindly remind everyone of the Sendforth Ceremony in honour of Reverend Father Emmanuel Opara, taking place tomorrow at the African Catholic Church, Herz Jesu Kirche, Karlsplatz 1, Hamm Bockum-Hövel.
🗓 Date: 17.05.2026
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM prompt
The celebration will commence with a ceremonial Holy Mass, followed immediately by a reception at the Church Hall.
Father Opara has contributed immensely to our Hamm community, both spiritually and as a family member among us. We therefore encourage all parishioners, friends, and well-wishers to attend and celebrate this special occasion with him.
Your presence and support will be highly appreciated.
