7 WAYS TO FIX YOUR WIFE - WHEN SHE IS FALLING APART!

Your wife can be dying in silence while still performing her wifely duties. You will need to know her to know when she needs to be fixed. When a woman is always moody, cries a lot, yells on children, can easily sleep or sleeps a lot, she may be battling with something you are not careful enough to see.

A real man will not allow his wife to fall apart without fixing her and making her better and happy. If you discover your wife is falling apart, watch out and fix the following:

1. CHECK IF YOU ARE THE PROBLEM
You might be her problem, but out of her respect and love for you, she may not tell you. Ask, let her talk sincerely.

2. BE AWARE OF HER RESPONSIBILITIES
Get to know how her work load is killing her. Regardless of whether she stays at home or goes to work, do you know what she does all day? If you don’t, ask her. Her to-do list is probably overflowing with tasks that far outweighs her time and energy.

3. BE APPRECIATIVE
Be mindful of her needs and appreciative of her sacrifices. The work a woman does at home can be too common that nobody will appreciate her for them, this can be killing her. Appreciate your wife.

4. GET INVOLVED BEFORE SHE BURNS OUT
Don’t just be appreciative, but get involved. The best time to begin helping your wife is now. Don’t wait until she breaks down to offer a helping hand.

5. GET MACHINE
Get all the machines needed for her work at home (the ones you can afford). Dish washer, gas cooker, refrigerator, oven, laundry machine, etc.

6. BE AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT
Be totally involved at home, stop delegating parenting and family life. Don’t be a “visiting Professor”, be an active partner in this business of your life. It takes two to parent. It takes two to make a marriage work. It takes two to run a household. Be fully involved in every aspect of your family life.

7. HOLD HER
Hold her like a lover and a friend. Place your hands on her shoulder, her laps, hold her hands, just hold her and make her feel loved!

*LESSONS FROM THE LIFE OF QUEEN VASHTI*

Who was queen Vashti?

Vashti was a queen to king Ahaserus, as narrated in the first chapter of the book of Esther. The book of Esther is a historical book written during the period of the captivity of Israel, in the days of the reign of king Ahasuerus, also known as Xerxes I, who reigned from India to Ethiopia. Vashti was very beautiful to behold and most honored and favored of all the women in the kingdom. King Ahaserus' kingdom was very large and great. She was the leader of all the noble women in the kingdom. Vashti was in a very high position and she was much desired of the king. She was really after his heart and the love of his life. During the third year of the reign of king Ahaserus, he made a great feast lasting for about half a year. Thus, 180 days and showed the splendor, majesty and glories of his kingdom to his nobles and citizens. After this, the king made a 7 day feast for all his nobles and people at Sushan, where his palace was. Queen Vashti also made a feast for the women at the same time.

On the last day of the feast, when the king was merry with wine, he commanded seven officials to bring Vashti wearing her crown to show her beauty to the princes of his kingdom. Queen Vashti refused to come before the king, and his anger stirred up against her for disobeying him. Upon further advice from his officials, he dethroned her and gave her position to Esther. They said, "For this deed of the queen shall come abroad unto all women, so that they shall despise their husbands in their eyes, when it shall be reported, The king Ahasuerus commanded Vashti the queen to be brought in before him, but she came not" (Esther 1:17 KJV).

Although the Bible was silent about the reason of the queen's refusal to appear before the king, yet no kingdom has ever tolerated disobedience in any way. Whatever being the reason, she has no excuse in disobeying the king, who was also her very husband. The king's command must be obeyed at all cost and there were many laws binding his words. Some historians said queen Vashti failed to come because the king had wanted her to appear naked, wearing only her crown. While others say she was sick with leprosy or the laws of Persia don't permit her to come before the king at that very moment. Whatever reason she had for not attending the call of the king, she knew the consequences and chose to bear them. None can disobey the king and go scout free. You'll either be imprisoned, punished, banished or even killed for going against the words of the king, irrespective of your relationship with him or how much you love or he loves you. If an earthly king demands obedience, how much more the King of kings? How much more the King of Glory who created us? How much more the Lord of lords who died and shed His blood to save us?

Now, the life of many Christians are like that of queen Vashti. They are enjoying the favor, honor, position and the blessings of God upon their lives, yet they are not heeding to the voice of His Word and His Holy Spirit who has been sent to lead us unto all truth and to help us get prepared to meet the great King. Most Christians have failed to attend to the call of the King of kings to be separated from the world and live in absolute holiness. They have refused to appear before the King to show their beauty of holiness to the world. They have rejected the Words of their King and Husband (Isaiah 54:5), who died and suffered for them. The Bible says, "As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.” (Heb. 3:15 NIV).

The Good Shepherd, the Great King said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand" (John 10:27-28 KJV). The question here is, are you hearing the Shepherd's voice? Does He know you? Do you follow Him? Note that king Ahaserus loved Vashti yet he dethroned her and gave her position to another woman. The truth that God loves you doesn't make Him forgo His Words and the consequences of disobeying Him. He dearly loves you, but He will punish you accordingly when you fail to heed His warnings and live right with His standards. If you dearly love God, you'll keep His Words and live in holiness (John 14:15). It's time to heed His call; it's time to obey His voice and do the things which pleases Him. Remember, obedience is better than sacrifice. And it is better to pay the price of obedience than the cost of disobedience!

Dearly beloved, don't end your life like Vasti, don't let disobedience dethrone you and make another take your crown while you go through the everlasting wrath of the King of kings. Procrastination is sin, obey the voice of God before complaining. Obey and act on His Word immediately you hear Him speak. Build up your relationship with Him. Keep a loving and intimate union with Him, for He dearly loves you than you can ever imagined. He shall surely reward your obedience to Him.

May we ever love our LORD JESUS, keep His Words and live for Him in Christ Jesus name. Amen.

Good Morning My Beloved Brethren,
Date: Thursday, November 16, 2023
Topic : *DO NOT BE TIRED OF DOING GOOD*
Read: Esther 6:1-13

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not" (Galatians 6:9)

The Almighty God accurately keeps records of the things people do here on earth and rewards them accordingly whether good or bad.

Mordecai uncovered a plot on the life of the king by two men.

After thorough investigations, both men were sentenced to death by hanging and the event was documented in the king's book of records.

One would have expected Mordecai's good deed of saving the king to be instantly rewarded, but that was not done because "to everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven".

Mordecai saved a life and when he needed to be saved, the Almighty God moved the heart of the king to revisit his book of records.

Haman had vowed to wipe out the Jews due to his cruel hatred for Mordecai, but the LORD caused the king to call Haman to openly honour his arch enemy, Mordecai.

What a shame and dishonour it was for Haman.

Not only was Mordecai honoured, his life and that of all the Jews were spared.

The tenth chapter of the book of Esther revealed how one single act of goodness turned Mordecai into a great person.

Beloved, never stop doing good or standing for what is right.

Your reward will certainly get to you.

Your reward often comes when you are most in need of it.

God can use any person or situation to reward you.

Just wait for your time.

Do not miss the opportunity to demonstrate goodness to others, especially those you know cannot pay you back and God will greatly reward you in due season.

PRAYER:
O LORD my God, please help me never to be discouraged in carrying out good works to the glory of Your name and for the benefit of others; I pray in Christ name. Amen.

Good Morning My Beloved Brethren,
Date: Monday October 2, 2023
Topic : *DIVINE ABUNDANCE*
Read: Genesis 26:1-17

"Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him" (Genesis 26:12)

What does abundance mean to you?

To some, it means having enough of what is needed; to others, it could mean having more than enough, even to share to others.

Sometimes, we appreciate the abundant supply we have and at other times, we don't, based on our mindset that we have worked hard for them and as such, merit the abundance we have.

In our Bible reading today, we see that because of the famine in the land, Isaac had gone to king Abimelech according to God's word.

God prospered him there, giving him bountiful harvest in crops, great increases in livestock and even in numnber of servants.

He was so divinely blessed that his host community began to envy him.

Isaac at that point could only attribute his success to God who had asked him to go to Gerar as well as promised to bless him.

This same God speaks to you daily, giving you specific Instructions on what to do and where to go.

If only man would listen to the directives of the Holy Spirit and obey, His divine abundance would surely come.

Most times, we do not have our needed supply because we have neither listened nor obeyed.

Just the way we love divine provisions, we should also love divine instructions and guidance and be willing to listen and obey.

We should learn to allow God's will to be done in our lives, so His blessings can also follow.

PRAYER:
Gracious Father, thank You for being our great Supplier.
Enable us to trust You continually for our increase and blessings; we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

*WHAT ARE YOU SAYING OVER YOUR LIFE?*

SUNDAY 01 OCTOBER 2023

*PART THIRTY ONE*

By Evangelist Owen Matamisa

Proverbs 6:2:
*"Thou art snared with the words OF THY MOUTH, thou art taken with the words OF THY MOUTH."*

You must not allow *ANYONE* or *ANYTHING* to steal your joy child of God!!!

When people laugh at you and walk away from you, *KEEP YOUR JOY*!!!

The joy of the LORD *IS YOUR STRENGTH*!!!

Being miserable is horrible!!!

You hear some believers *SAYING*, "l am *ALWAYS* depressed and *IT'S KILLING ME*!!! I will die very soon of depression!!!"- what a horrible declaration!!!

Synonyms of the word *MISERABLE* include *SEPULCHRAL* and *FUNEREAL*!!!

I am sure you know what a sepulchre is!!!

And I am also sure you know what a funeral is!!!

It is not a blessing at all to be miserable!!!

There is no scripture that says, "Be miserable when you face persecution!!!"

No matter what pressure or challenges you face, the perfect will of God is that the joy of the Lord JESUS *REMAINS IN YOU*!!!

Whenever I see the word *JOY*, l think of scriptures such as John 15:11 and James 1:2 and I would like us to put our eyes on these scriptures!!!

You'll face pressure yes, but you must not allow *ANYONE* or *ANYTHING* to steal your joy!!!

John 15:11:
*"These things have I spoken unto you, THAT MY JOY MIGHT REMAIN IN YOU, and THAT YOUR JOY MIGHT BE FULL."*

You can clearly see the perfect will of God for us in the above scripture!!!

Your loved ones and friends can betray you but *DON'T ALLOW* that to steal your joy!!!

The joy of the LORD *IS YOUR STRENGTH*!!!

The word *JOY* in John 15:11 has the same meaning with the word *JOY* that's in John 17:13...

*"And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE MY JOY FULFILLED IN THEMSELVES."*

Glory to JESUS!!!

*THE WORDS* of JESUS CHRIST *ARE SPIRIT* and *THEY ARE LIFE*!!!

Heaven and earth *SHALL* pass away but the words of JESUS CHRIST *SHALL NOT* pass away!!!

Always take comfort in knowing that the Most High God *WILL NEVER* leave you and neither will He forsake you- *GOD WILL NEVER FORSAKE YOU*!!!

The Most High God *CHANGES NOT*!!!

*NEVER* make declarations of failure and defeat!!!

It is recorded in heaven that you can do all things *THROUGH CHRIST* which strengtheneth you and this is why you must speak forth the Word of God *IN FAITH* even when you don't understand what's going on!!!

We release our faith *WITH WORDS*- words are powerful!!!

Words are tools!!!

SAY THIS:
*I will not allow ANYONE or ANYTHING to steal my joy!!! The joy of the LORD is my strength!!! The Most High God FIGHTS FOR ME!!! I fear not!!! Glory to JESUS*

The Most High God wants His joy *IN YOU ALWAYS*!!!

You hear some believers *SAYING*, " l am depressed because the temptations l am facing are just too much and so God understands!!!"- *SAYING* such things is because of ignorance of the scriptures!!!

The Word of God *DOES NOT SAY*, "Be depressed and miserable when you face temptations!!!"

I want you to *PAY ATTENTION* to what James 1:2-4 *SAYS*...

James 1:2-4:
*"[2] My brethren, COUNT IT ALL JOY when ye fall into divers temptations;[3] KNOWING THIS, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.[4] But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing."*

The trying of our faith put patience to work!!!

You must turn the tables against that snake called satan!!!

Keep your joy child of God!!!

Rejoice in the LORD *ALWAYS*!!!

JESUS CHRIST *LOVES YOU* and He wants His joy *TO REMAIN IN YOU*!!!

The sure record of you in glory is that *YOU'RE* a world overcomer!!!

Glory to JESUS!!!

*SOME SCRIPTURES FOR FURTHER STUDY:*

🛑 John 15:11

🛑 Nehemiah 8:10

🛑 James 1:2-4

CONFESSION:
*The joy of the LORD is my strength!!! I have the joy of the Lord JESUS in me right now!!! I will not allow ANYONE or ANYTHING to steal my joy!!! My God is good and He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that I ask or think according to the power that works IN ME!!! Glory to JESUS!!!*

Topic : THE SHIELD OF FAITH
Read: Ephesians 6:10-20.

"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith " (1 John 5:4).

The story is told of a boy who ran past his father when being chased by another man; it showed the boy’s complete lack of confidence and trust in his father.

Faith is the belief that something is true and real, and will happen, without having any physical evidence.

Just as every parent would want their children to have faith in them, so also God wants us to have faith in Him in all things.

In ancient times, a soldier had confidence in his shield and believed that it would block every arrow of the enemy.

This analogy is what a believer’s shield of faith is likened to.

It blocks every element of doubts from getting to the believer.

Doubts make you begin to look “here and there” for solutions to challenges when God’s word has rightly instructed that you should stand firm to see His salvation.

Those who have served God in their generations all did so in faith.

They are today referred to as the heroes of faith like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Gideon, Samson, David, etc.

Dear believer, your name too should be added to this list of heroes of faith.

The faith you show in God today should speak for you.

Remember that you cannot please God without faith.

Your faith in God is your shield from every arrow of doubts, fear and anxiety fired by Satan the enemy.

When your shield of faith is firm and impenetrable, all of the attacks of the devil will be in vain.

You will come out victorious over every trial and temptation.

Prayer:
Almighty Father, my faith looks up to You.

Help me not to take my gaze away from You, so that I do not fall off by the way side; I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Good Morning My Beloved Brethren,

Topic : *WE ARE MADE IN GOD'S IMAGE*
Read: Genesis 1:26-27

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them" (Genesis 1:27)

Many people often wonder what God looks like.

They wonder if He is old or young looking, big or small in size, black or white in appearance or just so abstract and difficult to imagine.

The answer is quite simple; God looks like us!

Yes, like every one of us, because He made us all in His image and likeness.

So we look like Him and have His abilities and qualities.

The next question will be, how come we all look different physically?

Well, we are all putting on clothes called "flesh" and those clothes come in different shapes, sizes and colours.

Man, as created by God, is a spirit-being like God.

For man to live on this earth, he needs an earthly body, just like celestial beings in heaven live there with celestial bodies.

So God made fleshly-man from the dust of the earth and put the Spirit-man that He made in His image and likeness into that flesh, so that man can become a living being on the earth (Genesis 2:7).

Since we are made in God's image and likeness, it is expected that we should be and act like Him.

Our words and actions should reflect Him; our lifestyles should show God to those who are still ignorant of Him.

When Philip asked Jesus to show them the Father, Jesus answered by saying anyone who had seen Him (Jesus) had also seen the Father (John 14:8-11).

So, are we as believers living like children of God? Do we speak, act and love like God our Father and Maker?

PRAYER:
Heaveny Father, please help us to talk, act, love and live like You as You have created us to be.
Remove from us every negative aspect of our lives we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Read: Matthew 11:28

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28)

Our problems, both large and small are an inescapable part of human life here on carth.

While some problems can be solved, or at least coped with in some way, others may become impossible to deal with.

The pains caused by these problems are often compounded; first by the fact that, we are often the cause of them and, making them even worse is that our responses to them are often inadequate.

It would be wonderful if we found perfect medicines for our weaknesses, failures, discontent, ailments, unhappiness, sins and even death, in laboratories.

These vices plague people all over the world.

Unfortunately, all our problems cannot be cured by the best professionals in hospitals, psychiatric or therapy centers.

Our problems whether economic, emotional, social, or health-related are basically moral and spiritual.

The world cannot be straightened out until people are straightened out.

There is only one way to straighten out a person, and this is through repentance and love towards fellow men.

When this is done, such a man will then truly accept Christ Jesus, Who is the solution.

Christ is the medicine that God has provided to heal us, His word carries the solution to human questions and problems.

Through Him, our sins can be forgiven, and by the Holy Spirit within us, our lives can be changed and renewed.

Sin, death and eternal damnation can be replaced by righteousness, faith, joy, hope, love, and eternal life.

Our souls can know peace, a peace that is not dependent on outward circumstances, but on Christ alone.

PRAYER:
Almighy Father, please help us to cast all our burdens on You especially at times of uncertainty andperils.
May our souls find rest in You; we pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
