“When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come
down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” (Luke 19,5)

Zacchaeus was a person who did a lot of mistakes and wasn’t a role model in his lifestyle. But when he heard about Jesus, he was desperate to be with him in fellowship (and he didn't climb the tree for nothing, see: Verses 3-4).
What is interesting: After having fellowship with Jesus, Zacchaeus completely and naturally changed his lifestyle (without Jesus' command, Verse 8) and became a new man.

What we can learn:
A personal encounter with God can change human lives! ✅
A personal encounter with God is the best thing that can happen to you! ✅
That is why I want to encourage all of us to open ourselves to God and give Him space in our lives. God is waiting patiently for us day and night, 24/7, 365 days a year (Rev 3:20).
He wants to have fellowship with us, to be our helper and to be our friend. For Him we are the most important ones, that is why Jesus died for us!
So, the question is: Are you ready to open your doors and invite God into your life? 🚪

One inspiration from the bible in 1. Cor 3,6: Paul planted the seeds, Apollo watered, and God let it grow.
Who was Apollo? He was the Mentee of Paul and really talented.
Who was Paul? Paul was called by God and started his work from his bare hands.
While Paul stands for the last Generation, Apollo represents the new Generation - made out of Paul - this generation is literally us. While the last generation planted the seed, we are called to water it and use the gifts God has given us. And God will let it grow.
Still, be humble and thankful for the “Paul“ in VNTG.

Preparation fuels inpiration.

Sometimes we don't know what to do or how we should do it. But what is important is that we need to prepare. With the preparation comes the inspiration. 💡 Ideas don't come from nowhere.
🗣 Message don't come from nowhere.
🎵 Songs don't come from nowhere.
You have to start and prepare it, than you will discover it. Sometimes the preparation takes even more time than the action itself.
We can learn from the bible:
1) Joshua conquered Jericho. Jericho had massive defenses. Joshua didn‘t know how to conquer Jericho, but he got inspired by angels while he did the preparation. The result: They conquered Jericho.
2) David conquered Jerusalem. Jerusalem was unconquerable, like some task we have in front of us. Joan prepared the war and found a source which lead into Jerusalem. The result: They conquered Jerusalem from the inside.
We encourage you to not only wait for an inspiration to come but to start doing the preparation and trust in God. God will do the rest.

God or his blessing?
What is more important to you? Your relationship to God or his blessing? Sometimes it is good to check your motivations to see if you are a real follower or just looking for God‘s blessings. Like in Hebrew 13,5 says, it is crucial to be content with what you have because God promised to never leave you and take care about you.
