In moments of worry, prayer becomes our refuge.
As written in Philippians 4:6, “𝘿𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙗𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣… 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙤𝙙.” Prayer shifts our focus from fear to faith.

Jesus Himself modeled prayer. In Matthew 6:6, He teaches us to go into a quiet place and pray sincerely—not for show, but for connection. God values authenticity over eloquence.

And when we feel unheard, we hold onto the promise of Jeremiah 33:3: “𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬.”

PRAY not because you have the perfect words, but because God has a listening heart. ❤️
