ميثاق المسجد
1. المسجد المؤَسَّس هو مسجد يلتزم نظام الوقف الشرعي بُغيةَ تحقيق قول الله تعالى :
( وَأَنَّ المَسَاجِدَ لِلَّهِ فَلَا تَدعُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ أَحَدًا )
فهو عبارة عن تجمع ديني شعبي يضم أفراد الجالية المسلمة جميعها في مدينة براونشفايغ – ألمانيا .
2. المسجد لا يخضع لأي توجيه سياسي حكومي رسمي, ولا ينتمي لأي حركة, أو جماعة, أو حز
ب, أو تنظيم إسلامي بعينه ونتعامل بالحسنى والاحترام المتبادل مع الجميع .
3. المسجد يلتزم منهج عموم المسلمين وأصولهم العامة, عقيدةً وفقهاً .
4. الجمعية المنبثق عنها المسجد, مسجلة لدى السلطات الرسمية بألمانيا كهيئة خيرية للنفع العام .
5. المسجد هو مركز إسلامي نحرص في إنشاءه على أن يكون مؤسسة إسلامية رائدة تؤدي خدماتها ورسالتها الإسلامية ذات التوجه المعتدل، بعيداً عن الإفراط والتفريط .
أسلوب العمل
1. التطوع : الارتكاز بصفة أساسية على الاحتساب وتشجيع المبادرات الفردية للعمل والمشاركة .
2. الشورى : وذلك باعتبار المؤسسة الوقفية مظلة لجميع الجهود, ومجمعاً لاستثمار الطاقات المنوّعة للاستفادة منها , وجسراً يربط بين أصحاب الخبرات على اختلاف انتماءاتهم, مما يوفر فرصة التدارس في أحوال الجالية والتشاور الصحيح في أفضل السبل لخدمة مصالحها والقيام بالتخطيط اللازم لذلك .
3. تخطي الحواجز العرقية : عن طريق تنمية مشاعر الأُلفة والمودة بين مختلف الجاليات, واشراك أوسع قطاع منهم في العمل, و محاربة كل أشكال القبَلية والعصبية الجاهلية العرقية, والفكرية, والحزبية .
4. التنسيق والتعامل بالحسنى : مع كل شخصية, أو هيئة, أو جهة, أو منظمة إسلامية, أو غير إسلامية لا تحوطها الشبهات وتقوم الأدلة على صدقها في خدمة القضايا الإنسانية, بما لا يتعارض مع الشريعة الإسلامية ويتطابق مع أهداف الوقف .
5. التطوير : احتضان و مؤازرة العقليات المبتكرة التي تسعى لاستحداث نشاطات جديدة وسدّ الثغرات في ساحة العمل الإسلامي والتي تتميز بالطموح للارتقاء والتحسن المستمر.
6. الاكتفاء الذاتي مالياً : السعي لتمويل النشاطات وتغطية النفقات من اشتراكات الأعضاء الطوعية بشكل أساسي, مع ما يلحق من التبرعات والهبات غير المشروطة, ومن ثم القيام بالعمليات الاستثمارية التي تحقق عوائد مالية وصولاً إلى مرحلة الاكتفاء الذاتي . In the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

The Mosque’s Treaty
1. The founded mosque adheres to the sharia’s foundational rule of achieving the purpose of the verse mentioned in the holy Quran: “And the places of worship are only for Allah, so pray not unto anyone along with Allah”. It is a public religious congregation that seeks to unite the Muslim community in the city of Braunschweigh, Germany.
2. The mosque is not affiliated to or bound by any governmental directive. Nor is it affiliated with any movement, political party or specific Islamic movement. The mosque welcomes everybody and treats all with mutual respect.
3. The mosque adheres to the general method and principles of Muslims in terms of aqidah/faith and jurisprudence.
4. The mosque originates from the Association and is registered officially in Germany as a charity organization for public welfare.
5. The mosque is an Islamic centre which is concerned with becoming a leading centre that provides invaluable community services. Its Islamic message is moderate; far from either extremism or excessive compromise. Relying on volunteering and on personal initiative for collaboration.
2. The foundation is considered a service for multiple efforts, a compound of diverse energies to be benefited from, a bridge that connects experts with different affiliates, which provide an opportunity to discuss and consult accurately in the best way to serve its welfare and plan accordingly.
3. Fighting racism, discrimination and disunity. To foster affinity and cordiality among the community’s different minorities. To engage a significant proportion of them in our activities; combat all forms of nationalism, tribalism, intellectualism and factionalism.
4. Coordination and mutual respect. Within our capacity we seek to work with every individual, group and Islamic or non-Islamic organization which genuinely works for the service of humanity (particularly the German public) and does not contradict the Islamic shariah nor is inconsistent with the foundation’s goal.
5. To embrace innovative ideas and initiatives which seek to fill the gaps in Islamic work which is distinctive in ambition for better development and advancement.
6. Financial self-sufficiency. To cover the costs of activities through volunteers’ membership fees and unconditional donations and/or endowments. Furthermore to carry out investments which secure financial returns in order to become financially self-sufficient.
