We are delighted to partner again with IFES Graduate Impact & Regent College in Bible & Culture summer school. Help us spread the word. EEA's Julia Doxat-Purser would love to see you at the politics course. Other great options are available too.

📖We’re grateful to have Julia Doxat-Purser teaching at !

🌍With decades of experience engaging politics, public policy, and religious liberty across Europe, Julia brings deep wisdom to the question of how Christians live faithfully in the public arena. From her pioneering work in Brussels with the European Evangelical Alliance to her ongoing role as socio-political representative and religious liberty coordinator, her focus has always been the same: helping believers engage as thoughtful, credible ambassadors for Christ.

Julia’s teaching combines biblical insight with real-world experience, equipping Christians to understand complex issues with clarity, integrity, and hope.
We look forward to learning again from her steady, insightful leadership.

If you do not stand firm in your faith, you shall not stand at all. Isaiah 7:9 (NIV)
The Lord himself will give you a sign - Immanuel, God with us. Isaiah 7:14 (NIV/ESV)
Behold, I am making all things new. Revelation 21:5 (ESV) (Word of the Year 2026)

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory. Isaiah 6:3 (NIV)
For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Isaiah 11:9 (NIV)
May it happen in Europe.

God of history, let Europe stand firm in its Judeo-Christian roots, heritage and values.
Let all ideologies of the “right” and of the “left” be submitted to you, the Sovereign God, Creator of all Earth.

Give the Ukrainian people space and shelter during this Winter, mighty God, Prince of Peace.
Come with your judgement to all who threaten their security and welfare. Awaken the conscience of the people in Russia and give courage to the masses in this nation.

Awaken the young generation in Europe,
To seek their roots and destiny in you, Jesus Christ, Immanuel.
We pray for us, the peoples of Europe, in all our diversity.
May we listen to and dignify each other. May we not fear or rely on other worldly powers, from east or west, but fear and rely only on you, God, the Most High.

Father God, we rejoice that your Kingdom has come and we live by your eternal promise that you will make all things new in Heaven and on Earth on the day of your Fulfilment.

Keep our faith strong, unite us in love and keep us looking forward for your return. In Jesus’ mighty name.
Amen.

Prayer, wisdom, and shared discernment in the heart of Europe

During the European Prayer Breakfast in Brussels, members of the European Evangelical Alliance gathered for prayer, reflection, and honest conversations about Europe’s pressing political challenges. Our socio-political team and members of our Advocacy Network from across the continent shared insights, learned from one another, and grew in wisdom as we explored how Evangelical Alliances can help Christians navigate complex realities faithfully and wisely.

Be encouraged by what God is doing among us!

In a time when people so often seem to stop caring about each other, relationships matter more than ever.

For our Board Member Vlady Raichinov (Vlady Raichinov) from Bulgaria, the European Evangelical Alliance is more than a network – it’s a family.

A community of believers, churches, and organisations across Europe that brings warmth, truth, and strong values into a fragmented world.

People need relationships.

People need to know they matter.

And together, as the EEA family, we help answer the deep questions of our time.

👉 Watch the reel, be encouraged, and join the conversation.

Our article “Pausing at God’s Throne” invites believers across Europe in this Christmas season to prepare hearts for the Week of Prayer 2026 — a special time to come together in unity, reflection and intercession for God’s mission throughout the year ahead. From January 11–18, churches and individuals are encouraged to seek God’s presence and stand in prayer as one family across Europe.

Let’s slow down, draw close to God, and lift up our continent in prayer as we enter this powerful season of focused communion with the Lord. 🙏

➡️ Join us in praying, preparing, and partnering with God’s heart for Europe.

Suspicion. Misunderstanding. And yet—so many stories of unconditional love.

In her article titled “Faith in Social Action”, our dear colleague Julia reflects on why some secular partners distrust Christian compassion (“Are you forcing beliefs?” “Do you only care about conversions?”) — and why, at our best, Christian ministries welcome all, serve all, and keep faith conversations optional while offering something many people deeply need: peace, dignity, hope, and love that doesn’t quit.

Christian social action doesn’t mean we have a monopoly on doing good—but it does mean we can build bridges, collaborate well, and stay confident that faith makes a real difference.

👉 Read the full article on our website (https://www.europeanea.org/faith-in-social-action) and share it with someone working in social action, policy, or community care.

Stockholm. 130 leaders. One shared longing: to live as ambassadors of the Kingdom of God—in church and in the workplace, culture, and public life.

At this year’s Swedish Leadership Forum titled “Mission: Kingdom of God” (Uppdrag: Guds rike), participants gathered across denominations to go deeper through networks like Societal Influence, Theology, Apologetics, Youth Work and more—exploring how biblical clarity, courageous witness, and humble engagement can shape our time.

When fear and political heat rise around migration, how do Christians respond with truth and love?

In our interview, Whitney Gerdes (Refugee Highway Partnership Europe) shares why trauma care is urgently needed for refugee children, why Christian projects serve people in need regardless of status, and how welcoming and integration can be part of both safety and the Great Commission at Europe’s doorstep.

Read the full conversation on our website (https://www.europeanea.org/welcoming-the-stranger-in-turbulent-times-whitney-gerdes-on-trauma-terror-and-the-great-commission-at-europes-doorstep/)—and consider how your church or ministry can be part of Christ-centred welcome.
