...21st of June of 1969 New York, on Christopher Street in the Greenwich Village of Manhattan, the Stonewall Inn was a bar mainly crowded by g**s, le****ns, the black community, latin foreigners a big fight between the police and the community of the bar happened among the disorders that used to happen regularly. That night, a bit further on that same street, there was a club called 'Haven' where
the deejay that established the basics of the deejay culture across the history was playing. That night Francis Grasso, better known as Dj Francis, the father of all the modern deejays, was playing there. Back to our times, imagine to be in the middle of Christopher Street that night, try to close your eyes and ABSORB the big energy of that moment during those years, made of freedom, EQUALITY, gathering, refuse for any social barrer, inclusivism, love, edonism in order to release it again giving birth to a new era. There was a time, before that the mainstream music industry swallowed the real meaning of disco and clubbing, merging the concept with the "Saturday night fever" and ugly compilations (regarding disco music), reducing it to a disgusting GAMEPLAY of meaningless bookings and charts movements based exclusively on business and marketing interests. There was a time, in which those words, in their original context, meant Redemption.
