Words For Those Who Argue or Debate with Basic Christian Realities.
If you are not Born Again. You are a sinner, you don't have the life of God. You are not just far from God but you are dead.
This is your scriptural description.
Romans 3:23 (AMP)
"Since all have sinned and are falling short of the honor and glory which God bestows and receives."
The moment Jesus becomes the Lord of your life, you have passed through the bleeding side on the cross because its there your sins were blotted out. John 1:10-14.
This is your new scriptural description.
Romans 3:24 (AMP) "[All] are justified and made upright and in right standing with God, freely and gratuitously by His grace (His unmerited favor and mercy), through the redemption which is [provided] in Christ Jesus."
The moment Jesus becomes the Lord of your Life and you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you become a NEW CREATION. 2 Cor. 5:15-17.
In the mind of Justice (God), you have never existed before for you have been created anew. You are brand new specie.
You are now awakened to the Fatherhood of God. You have the same Spirit that makes God, God. You are now seated with Jesus in the heavenlies. You are called the seed of righteousness in Christ. You are the seed of Abraham with the everlasting life wrapped up in your spirit.
Your spirit man is recreated. You are now God's purchased possessions. You are a chosen generation and a royal priesthood. You are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. Matthew 6:13-17.
You are God's home, headquarters and palace on earth. God resides in your body. You are the "Divinity in Humanity".
Your description is 'as He is so are you on earth. 1 John 3:1-4. You are now born of God and you can called God "Abba Father", 24/7. Glory!
With all these, you can't be called an outcast anymore for you have passed the outer court into the Holy of holies. Jesus sees you as his perfect ambassador, representative on earth. You have his sealed right on your forehead. Glory!
By this, you are no longer a SINNER since the seed of God is in you 1 John 3:8-9.
In case you sin because you are not supposed to, you ask for his mercy and Jesus the Advocate shall forgive you. This not make you a SINNER neither does it devaluate your sonship and his fatherhood over your life.
(A Sinner is one who had never encounter God, had never experience the life of God or had passed through the cross. His sins are not washed.)
For example, no matter the number of times you offend your father, he won't stop calling you his son. If you offend him, he might correct you but he can't reject you because you bear his name and you have his DNA.
(That's not a license for willful sin).
If you sin run to him and never run away from him. He has called you to glory and righteousness.
He is now in YOU and you are now in HIM. abide in me and I in you Jesus says in John 15.
Since his life and Spirit is now in you. It is completely baseless, faithless and unscriptural as revealed in Pauline Epistle to sing or say "draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord". Stop singing such because you are born into His presence. He can't draw you to anywhere much more than the life he gave you. You learn of him in him. You build your relationship with him in him. You don't go out of his presence like the Old Testament folks. Your are born into his very presence and you sing, pray, know and understand from there. Glory!
Conclusively, Paul never called himself a SINNER after he got converted, Peter never did it either. James, Stephen, John never called themselves sinners after the Born Again experience or never did they uttered such statement as "we are nothing but flowers quickly fading".
They said what God says about them. They fought the good fight of faith and kept the faith.
If you fail to admit these facts, I pray that God himself would appear just the way He appeared to Thomas after his resurrection to you.
I pray that the church shall come to this reality as we await the rapture of the saints soonest in Jesus' Name.
