LIFE OR DEATH, WE WILL WIN. (April-2-2020)

2 Peter 2: 4-10a

VIDA O MUERTE, GANAREMOS. (2-abril-2020)

En estos días de la ira de Dios, la iglesia del Señor, sus Santos deben estar tranquilos y esperar en el Él, pues para los que en el Señor estamos ninguna condenación hay, los santos del Señor tenemos una herencia incorruptible que aguarda a todos a los que en Él perseveran hasta el fin, no les digo que empiecen a celebrar y a descuidarse, sino a estar tranquilos, gozosos y firmes en el Señor, sin depresión alguna, ni tristeza, alabando, orando y escudriñando las escrituras sabiendo que en ellas tenemos la vida eterna, el amor de Dios echa fuera todo temor y el que teme es que aún no ha sido perfeccionado en el amor y aun espera el castigo (1 Juan 4:18), el Señor siempre ha traído estas pruebas cada vez que el mundo comienza a ahogar a sus santos, para mostrar a los que son suyos su salvación, pues el Señor sabe librar a los que viven como Él quiere; y si no hiciera esto como dicen las escrituras: aun los elegidos se perderían; en un campo de trigo, crecen juntos el trigo y la cizaña, pero a la hora de la ciega el trigo termina en la mesa del Señor y la cizaña en el fuego, pero si la cizaña comienza junto a los abrojos y los espinos a inundar los campos toda la cosecha se perdería por completo; y en ese punto el labrador tiene que hacer algo al respecto y brindarle al campo algunas atenciones culturales, para, de lo poco del trigo se salve aunque sea una parte de la cosecha y no se pierda toda irremediablemente; hermanos ninguno de nosotros vive para sí mismo, ni tampoco muere para sí; si vivimos, para el Señor vivimos; y si morimos, para el Señor morimos; así pues, sea que vivamos o que muramos, del Señor somos (Romanos 14:7-8); no teman a las cosas que están sobreviniendo pues como decía Pablo el morir nos es ganancia, pero debemos escoger seguir viviendo para llevar los frutos del Señor, así ha de ser por el bien de los que han de ser salvos, pues si partimos quien predicará el evangelio, quien hará defensa de la fe, quien mantendrá la obra del Señor hasta el fin (Filipenses 1:20-28); debemos vivir, pero sin temor al fuego de la prueba que ha sobrevenido, pues el Señor, nuestro Dios es fiel para los que en Él esperan y sabe librar a los que son suyos, en Él está nuestra esperanza, vivamos por Él, para Él y para nuestros prójimos sobre quienes también se derraman las misericordias de nuestro Dios, el sol sale por igual sobre justos e impíos, que no se detenga la obra del evangelio, ni sea silenciada la Palabra de Dios, aunque no nos congreguemos no dejemos de llevar la palabra, el mensaje de salvación a todos por igual, hermosos son los pies de los que anuncian el mensaje de salvación de nuestro Dios (Isaías 52:7, Romanos 10:15). Vida o Muerte, igualmente GANAREMOS; porque los que hacemos la voluntad de Dios permanecemos para siempre. Amén.

PUT THE WHOLE HEART (April-2-2020)
1 timothy 4:15
Here we have practically the promise that with careful meditation and giving ourselves fully to the Lord's work, we make progress so manifest that everyone can see it, we will take advantage of the Word of God not reading lightly, but meditating deeply. We will advance in the knowledge of God, not by the number of works done negligently, but by giving ourselves entirely to the work we have learned. Work brings profit (Proverbs 14:23) as long as it is not done in haste and without putting our whole hearts into Him.
If we divide between God and money, between Christ and ourselves, we will make no progress. We are to give ourselves completely to the things of God; otherwise, we will be poor merchants in heavenly business, and never have any profit on our inventory.
Am I a faithful servant of God? I must be and not spend energy on secondary things, that the service of Jesus is my constant occupation, the work of my life and my only interest. We must be with Jesus, otherwise we will not advance or profit, and neither the church nor the world will feel that powerful influence that He wants us to exercise.

Aquí tenemos prácticamente la promesa de que con la meditación atenta y entregándonos de lleno a la obra del Señor, realizamos progresos tan manifiestos que todos los podrían ver, sacaremos provecho de la Palabra de Dios no leyendo a la ligera, sino meditando profundamente. Avanzaremos en el conocimiento de Dios, no por el número de obras hechas con negligencia, sino entregándonos por entero al trabajo que hemos aprendido. El trabajo trae ganancias (Proverbios 14:23) con tal de que no se haga con apresuramientos y sin poner en Él todo nuestro corazón.
Si nos dividimos entre Dios y el dinero, entre Cristo y nosotros mismo, no haremos progreso alguno. Hemos de entregarnos completamente a las cosas de Dios; de lo contrario, seremos unos pobres comerciantes en los negocios celestiales y jamás tendremos ganancia alguna en nuestro inventario.
¿Soy yo un fiel siervo de Dios? Debo serlo y no gastar energías en cosas secundarias, que el servicio de Jesús sea mi constante ocupación, el trabajo de mi vida y mi único interés. Debemos estar con Jesús, de otra forma no adelantaremos nada ni sacaremos provecho, y ni la iglesia ni el mundo sentirán aquella influencia poderosa que Él desea que ejerzamos.

SHARING THE WORD (April-1-2020)

Psalm 118
I cannot point to any verse at the beginning of this meditation, since I find myself in great need of using many of the verses of this great poem.
We are facing one of the most significant psalms that we can find in the Scriptures and according to some commentators this psalm was used regularly as an act of grace in some of the fundamental festivals of Israel. That is why I begin by quoting (* although not in the same order that appears written *) and so I want you to take it, "This is from Jehovah, and it is a wonderful thing in our eyes" (v23) and not only in our eyes , but to our whole being. The salvation that is narrated in this psalm is undoubtedly a wonderful thing and from the only part that can come, it is from our God, nobody can do what He does, or how he does it. (The things I am writing to you today are from our God).
There is no other psalm with so many statements like this, I dare say; declaration of faith so extraordinary that they are able to reinforce the columns that support this spiritual building.
Let's look at some of these statements despite the agony of the psalmist.
(v6) Jehovah is with me; I will not fear what man can do to me. (or any virus)
(v8) It is better to trust Jehovah than to trust men.
(v12) They surrounded me like bees, but in the name of Jehovah I will destroy them.
(v13) They pushed me violently, but Jehovah helped me.
(v14) My strength and song is Jehovah, and He has been to me for salvation.
(v15) Jehovah's right hand does feats.
(v16) Jehovah is sublime, Jehovah bravely.
(v17) I WILL NOT DIE, BUT I WILL LIVE and count the works of Jehovah.
Can we, at this point of social uncertainty, of fear of contagion, of domestic seclusion, declare as the psalmist did?
Can we scream out loud in our necks? I will not die, but I will live! And if we live, will it be to count Jehovah's works?
God willing, yes, because circumstances summon us to proclaim, "There is a voice of joy and salvation in the shops of the righteous," yes, hold on to these promises with so much force that they can be interpreted as violence. of the violent ones who sn**ch the kingdom, of the men and women who make the Word come true or of those who by faith reach promises.
Let Israel now say that her mercy is forever
Now say the house of Aaron, which is forever his mercy.
Let those who fear Jehovah now say that his mercy endures forever.
Say it now Columbus, the Christians of all the people, those who are sharing this writing, say it now you: that his mercy is forever.
Well, the hand of God has not been shortened and his ears have not grown, to hear your prayer, yes, he carves them. Those who sometimes think that they are thrown on deaf ears or bottomless buckets, God is aware of the prayers of his saints.

COMPARTIENDO LA PALABRA (1-abril-2020)

Salmo 118
No puedo señalar verso alguno al principio de esta meditación, ya que me veo en la gran necesidad de usar muchos de los versos de este gran poema.
Estamos frente a uno de los salmos más trascendentes que podemos encontrar en las Escrituras y según algunos comentaristas este salmo se usaba regularmente como acción de gracia en algunas de las fiestas fundamentales de Israel. Por eso comienzo citando (* aunque no en el mismo orden que aparece escrito *) y así quiero que lo tome usted, "De parte de Jehová es esto, y es cosa maravillosa a nuestros ojos" (v23) y no solo a nuestros ojos, sino a todo nuestro ser. La salvación que se narra en este salmo sin dudas es cosa maravillosa y de la única parte que puede venir, es de parte de nuestro Dios, nadie puede hacer lo que Él hace, ni como lo hace. (Las cosas que hoy te escribo es de parte de nuestro Dios).
No existe otro salmo con tantas declaraciones como este, me atrevería a decir; declaración de fe tan extraordinaria que son capaces de reforzar las columnas que sostienen este edificio espiritual.
Miremos algunas de estas declaraciones pese a la agonía del salmista.
(v6) Jehová está conmigo; no temeré lo que pueda hacerme el hombre. (ni virus alguno)
(v8) Mejor es confiar en Jehová que confiar en los hombres.
(v12) Me rodearon como abejas, pero en el nombre de Jehová yo los destruiré.
(v13) Me empujaron con violencia, pero me ayudó Jehová.
(v14) Mi fortaleza y cántico es Jehová, y Él me ha sido por salvación.
(v15) La diestra de Jehová hace proezas.
(v16) Jehová es sublime, Jehová hace valentías.
(v17) NO MORIRÉ, SINO QUE VIVIRÉ y contaré las obras de Jehová.
¿Podemos nosotros, es este punto de incertidumbre social, de temor de contagio, de reclusión doméstica, declarar como lo hacía el salmista?
¿Podemos gritar a voz en cuellos? ¡No moriré, sino que viviré! y si vivimos será para contar las obras de Jehová?
Quiera Dios que sí, pues las circunstancias nos convocan a proclamar, "voz de júbilo y de salvación hay en las tiendas de los justos", sí aférrate con tantas fuerzas a estas promesas que puedan interpretarse como violencia, que de tí se diga este es de los violentos que arrebatan el reino, de los hombre y mujeres que hacen que la Palabra se cumpla o de aquellos que por la fe alcanzamos promesas.
Diga ahora Israel, que para siempre es su misericordia
Diga ahora la casa de Aarón, que para siempre es su misericordia.
Diga ahora los que temen a Jehová, que para siempre es su misericordia.
Dígalo ahora Colón, los cristianos de todo el pueblo, los que están compartiendo este escrito, dilo ahora tú: que para siempre es su misericordia.
Pues no se ha acortado la mano de Dios ni se han agravado sus oídos, para escuchar tu oración, sí, las talla. Las que en ocasiones piensas que son echadas en s**o roto o balde sin fondo, Dios está al tanto de las oraciones de sus santos.

Quiero que todos al terminar de leer este escrito podamos declarar: No moriré, sino que viviré; y si solamente que lo declaremos de forma verbal, escríbelo aquí, aquí mismo, envíalo a los amigos, a los contactos, a los grupos, hazlo creyendo porque de seguro vivirás.

PATH OF HOLINESS (April-1-2020)

The path of sanctity is so straight and clear that if simple souls follow it with perseverance, they cannot go astray, the sages of the world go around many times, and yet they are pitifully wrong, and usually do not reach the end. The prudence of the world is something despicable and so short-sighted that those who choose their path walk in dark and gloomy valleys. Sincere souls do not know how to do anything better than what the Lord commands them, so it keeps them on the royal road and under the protection of the King.
Dear reader, never try to get out of some difficulty by means of a lie or by some doubtful action, keep yourself in the middle of the road of truth and integrity, this will be for you the most successful. In our life we ​​should never navigate around the bush, or think deceitfully. Be fair and fear not. You follow Jesus faithfully and don't worry about the consequences. Even if you could avoid the worst of evils by committing a bad action, the only attempt would be enough to make you fall into other greater ones. God's way is the best of all. Follow him, even if men judge you foolish, and you will be truly wise.
Lord guide your servants on the path of righteousness because of their enemies.

CAMINO DE SANTIDAD (1-abril-2020)

El camino de santidad es tan recto y claro que sí las almas sencillas lo siguen con perseverancia no se pueden extraviar, los sabios del mundo dan muchas vueltas, y, sin embargo, se equivocan lastimosamente, y no suelen llegar al final. La prudencia del mundo es algo despreciable y tan corta de vista que quienes escogen su camino andan en valles oscuros y sombríos. Las almas sinceras no saben hacer otra cosa mejor que lo que el Señor les manda, por eso las mantiene en el camino real y bajo la protección del Rey.
Lector querido nunca pretendas salir de alguna dificultad por medio de una mentira o por alguna acción dudosa, consérvate en medio de la calzada de la verdad e integridad, esto será para tí lo más acertado. En nuestra vida nunca debemos navegar con rodeos, ni pensar con engaños. Sé justo y no temas. Sigues fielmente a Jesús y no te preocupes por las consecuencias. Aun cuando pudieras evitar el peor de los males cometiendo una mala acción, el solo intento bastaría para hacerte caer en otros mayores. El camino de Dios es el mejor de todos. Síguelo, aunque los hombres te juzguen por insensato, y serás verdaderamente sabio.
Señor guía a tus siervos por el camino de la rectitud a causa de sus enemigos.

STRENGTHENED (March-31-2020)
Proverbs 3:25,26
When God judges, he does not want his people to be afraid, God does not come to harm but to defend the righteous.
The Lord wants you to be brave. Those of us who enjoy the presence of God should demonstrate great strength. The Lord can come suddenly, so we shouldn't be surprised by anything sudden. Serenity is the privilege and in calamities it is a precious gift of divine love.
The Lord wants us to have discernment to understand that the ruin of the wicked is not a calamity for the world. The only calamity is sin, the punishment that follows is like the salt that prevents the corruption of society. We should be much more outraged against the sin that makes us worthy of hell, than against the hell that is the fatal consequence of sin.
Likewise the people of God must show the stillness of their spirit. The devil and his seed are full of deception, but those who are with God will never fall into their seductive traps. Go ahead you who believe in Jesus, and place your trust in the Lord.

FORTALECIDOS (31-marzo-2020)
Proverbios 3:25,26
Cuando Dios juzga, no quiere que su pueblo se atemorice, Dios no viene para perjudicar sino para defender a los justos.
El Señor quiere que te muestres valiente. Los que gozamos de la presencia de Dios, deberíamos demostrar una gran fortaleza. El Señor puede venir de repente, por eso no deberíamos ser sorprendidos por ninguna cosa repentina. La serenidad es el privilegio y en las calamidades es un don precioso del amor divino.
El Señor quiere que tengamos discernimiento para comprender que la ruina de los perversos no es una calamidad para el mundo. La única calamidad es el pecado, el castigo que le sigue es como la sal que impide la corrupción de la sociedad. Deberíamos indignarnos mucho más contra el pecado que nos hace merecedor del in****no, que no contra el in****no que es consecuencia fatal del pecado.
Así mismo el pueblo de Dios debe mostrar la quietud de su espíritu. El diablo y su simiente están llenos de engaño, pero los que están con Dios jamás caerán en sus trampas seductoras. Sigue adelante tú qué crees en Jesús, y deposita en el Señor toda tu confianza.

PRAYER AND THANKSGIVING (March-30-2020)
Philippians 4: 6-7

Do not pray with doubts but with gratitude, be sure that your prayers have been answered and therefore praise the Lord for his mercy. He lavishes his blessings; thank him, hide nothing from him, nor keep in your chest any restlessness that disturbs your heart; Tell God what you need, do not turn to men, but only to God, the Father of Jesus, who loves Him.
In this way you will find the peace of God. You will never be able to understand how much peace will flood you. He will hold you in his loving arms, your heart and your spirit, you will be submerged by Jesus Christ in an ocean of rest. Life or death come to you, poverty or pain, slander or hatred, it will always be sheltered in every storm, above all clouds that threaten you. Why don't you obey this wonderful command?
Yes, Lord, I believe in you, but my disbelief helps.
