A: A worship retreat is a team gathering focused on personal and team reflections on growing personal worship and improving team dynamics as ministry leaders in corporate worship.
Q: Who is a music minister?
A: A music minister is one who ministers thru music. Whether you play an instrument--like guitars, keys, drums, etc.--or sing as lead or backup vocals, you are a music minister.
Q: Who is the worship team?
A: The worship team, in the context of corporate worship, are those who lead the congregation in worshipping the Lord thru prayer, singing, program organization, and exhortation or preaching. Thus, in addition to the musicians, the people who serve in the worship service as emcees, prayer leaders, and other functions during the service are part of the worship team. This includes the pastor, the main worship leader of a local church.
