Our Beginning: The Beijing church of Christ gained approval from the Chinese Religious Affairs Bureau for legal public meetings of open New Testament worship in view of the 2008 Olympics being held in Beijing. Since that time we have changed meeting locations several times for the convenience of our members and guests. We have permission to meet in hotel meeting rooms, so we try our best to find t

he most economical, comfortable, conveniently located, and well known hotel possible. Our Standard: The Beijing church of Christ uses the Bible as its only standard for faith and Christian living. We sincerely believe that the Bible is the complete, inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Our desire is to worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24) and to proclaim the message of Christ's saving grace to the lost world (Matthew 28:19-20). Although far from perfect, we each strive to live a life that glorifies God (Matthew 5:16) and serves mankind (Galatians 5:13). Our Attendance: At this time, attendance is limited to online meetings only

Our City: As the capital of the fastest growing economy in the world and center of a rich history spanning thousands of years, Beijing is truly an important international city. Beijing boasts a population of over 18 million people, plus hundreds of thousands of foreign residents. Truly there is much work to be done here! Please continue to pray for this work and consider coming to Beijing to help us reach out.
