Today is ANZAC Day. In the Weekly Rosary this week, we pray particularly for the deceased Catholic service men and women of Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿. At the end of the livestream this week, we invite you all to observe one minute of silence for those who lived and died for their countries. The just and merciful God always hears the prayers of those who fight just wars.

I Am A Christ Killer 🔨

Neither the Romans nor the Jews nor any particular group of people should be blamed for the Passion and Death of Lord Jesus. "Christ died for us" (Romans 5:9), which means all of us sinners—the whole of humanity—are the efficient cause of His Passion and Death. The sins and iniquities of each and every one of us add to the suffering of our Lord. When our Lord comes again to judge the living and the dead, He will punish us all for having caused His suffering, in accordance with our sins and iniquities.
