Welcome to August, our month of Elevation

Day 1 – August Prayer & Fasting

Theme: Elevated by Christ

Key Scripture: Ephesians 2:4–6

Our elevation is by grace.

It is by grace that we have been saved through faith in Christ Jesus. God did not elevate us because we deserved it, but because of His mercy and great love.

Before there is a blessing, there is often a breaking. God prepares the vessel before He pours in the oil. Never despise the process.

Our elevation is not to make a name for ourselves but to glorify God. We are the light of the world, shining so that others may see Christ through us.

Sometimes it is not by qualification but by election. God does not always call the qualified; He qualifies the called.

1 Peter 2:9 reminds us that we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. Before you were accepted by people, you were chosen by God.

People's acceptance does not determine your value as a child of God because they did not call you; God did.

Before we loved Him, He first loved us. Before we sought Him, He had already sought us. Grace always makes the first move.

Prayer is having communion with your Father. Studying the Word is knowing your Father's heart. The revelation of God is found in the Word and made alive in the place of prayer.

You shall know the truth, not pray the truth. Prayer is powerful, but it is the truth you know and believe that brings freedom.

Proverbs 11:9: "Through knowledge shall the just be delivered." Growth in the knowledge of God produces victory.

We walk by faith and not by sight. Therefore, don't confess what you see; confess what God has said.

Our prosperity depends on the prosperity of our soul. As your soul prospers, your life aligns with God's purpose.

Keep your eyes on the One who is above. When Christ is your focus, elevation becomes a testimony of His grace, not your strength.

My elevation is not to be known by men but to make Christ known.

May August remind us that we are not struggling to rise; we have been raised with Christ. Our responsibility is to walk worthy of the position grace has already given us.
