Kicks Off 2025 ✨

Yesterday Sunday 26th/01/2025, the Young Christian Workers (YCW) of Blessed Anuarite parish Biyem-assi city convened their first General Assembly meeting of the year 2025.

The meeting marked a significant milestone for us, setting the tone for a year of growth, engagement, and impactful community service. Sincere appreciation to the executive board for their tireless efforts and dedication throughout the past year, and equally the entire group for their unwavering commitment to the YCW's mission.

To further foster camaraderie and celebrate the start of a new year, we engaged in a heartwarming gift exchange. This gesture of goodwill and appreciation strengthened the bonds within the group and created a positive and uplifting atmosphere.

When we give we cultivate a sense of gratitude, empathy and connection.

Today, the 1st of December as Young Christian Workers, we gathered to celebrate our harvest Thanksgiving for the year 2024 on the theme "Thanksgiving to God the ultimate sacrifice", marking the end of the year in a truly special way. We proudly in cultural regalia, filled the air with joy, gratitude, and a deep sense of community engagement.

Second General Assembly meeting of the year ✨
Date: Sunday 21st of April 2024
The meeting marked the end of a trimester

Unlike the first, we started the meeting with meditation from the book of 1 Thessalonian 5v18-22
Reminding us that in all situations we should give thanks to God, also urged that we make use of the gifts we have to serve where need be or we might lose them.

We are gradually creating a holistic galaxy of responsibility and dynamism ..

Stay tuned to the main components of the meeting, one of them which was appreciation from the musical department to the Bass members for their outstanding musical performance during the trimester ..

Event: visit to an orphanage around the centre neighborhood

During our visit to the orphanage, we the Young Christian Workers (YCW) experienced a profound sense of compassion and connection with the children living there. The visit reminded us of the importance of love, kindness, and service to those in need, as exemplified by the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Our visit reinforced the belief that serving the less fortunate is a fundamental aspect of our faith and a way to express our gratitude for the blessings we have received and equally reinforced our commitment to continue our mission of spreading love, hope, and compassion to all those we encounter.

FUN FUN FUN,✨
Sunday, January 14th was a memorable day filled with positive vibes. We celebrated the end of 2023 with gratitude for life, also welcoming 2024 with a focus on unity and prosperity.

The celebration took place outdoors in the form of a picnic. Marked by plenty of fun, with various games such as egg race, balloon race, strow race, hide and seek, and more. Additionally, an activity that added a funky touch to the day was a gift exchange, which brought out emotions as members appreciated the gifts they received.

The first phase of the day concluded with a satisfying refreshment😋. Stay tuned for the next phase..
