Celebration of the 39th Annual Rally of the CMF in the Mungo Presbytery

Two new members have been admitted into the Christian Men Fellowship Group at PC Nkolbisson in the East Mungo North Presbytery. The ceremony which took place on Sunday September 6,2020 also witness the award of a flag and a cash prize of 20.000FCFA for the excellent performance of the group during the 2019 CMF annual rally. CMF Nkolbisson emerged overall 2nd position in the group B category of groups in the East Mungo North Presbytery.

Preaching to the over 300 worshippers, the Parish Pastor- Rev Mrs Besong Elsie Etaka, called on all present to "Cultivate the Macedonian Spirit". Preaching from 2Cor 8:1-9, the Pastor enjoined the worshippers to first give themselves to the Lord, then they will be able to serve God joyfully with their resources, and be able to help fellow Christians even in difficult times.

Some 145 souls have converged at Eloumndem, East Mungo North presbytery to creat a prayer cell under the PCC. The event took place on sunday August 16th in the presence of the parish pastor of Simbock- Mendong parish, Rev. Titatang Kingsley.

Born out of Simbock- Mendong congregation, the Eloumndem prayer cell is the newest prayer cell in the East Mungo North Presbytery. The Rev. Titatang in his message to the Christians, drawn from Psalms 118:24 called on them to rejoice and be glad for such a day in their lives. He made them to understand it is a day the Lord has Made and they should rejoice and be glad in it.

The sunday 16th service equally saw the Baptism of 15 infants and Confirmation of 6 others. Also, 45 Christians were Readmitted and the four Movements of the PCC formed. In all, 145 Christians were present to inaugurate the new Prayer Cell.

It should be noted that, the Eloumndem prayer cell is a brain child of PC Simbock- Mendong congregation, hence an Elder and a Financial Secretary were inaugurated to continue leading God's children at Eloumndem #
