EMERGENCY PLAN FOR YOUR COCOA BUSINESS

In 2019, I discovered one big secret that I want to share with you today.

In the whole of my community all the cocoa farmers were complaining that their cocoa did not bear fruit and most trees were dying.

But my own was flourishing.

When these farmers came to me, l asked them some questions.

One thing was evident... NONE OF THEM HAD A PLAN

Nobody planned for the UNEXPECTED.

THE MESSAGE TODAY: Have a plan for unexpected things.

Have a plan for;

1. Unexpected disease outbreak
2. Unexpected drought or climate change
3. Unexpected disappoinment from workers or Buyers
4. Unexpected price crash...

Some people call it an EMERGENCY PLAN. Please have it.

This year rain will not be favorable as usual.

If you are a good observer, you will notice it started in 2019. Rainfall partten has changed.

I was able to get through 2019 and got good yield because I planned for irrigation even when it was not necessarily. That same year, a lot of farmers in my community lost because they never expected sudden dry spell.

Today, l am pleading with all farmers to PREPARE EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

Anything can happen in cocoa business, but if you have a strong plan, you will not be badly affected.

DO NOT APPLY FERTILIZER TO COCOA

Do not apply fertilizer of any kind to you cocoa plantation without reading this post to the end.

A lot of farmers have rendered their cocoa farm useless or delay productivity because of fertilizer application.

They provide in excess what their plants don't want and it ends in loss.

Why do you apply fertilizer when you don't know exactly which to apply?

Let me be honest with you. You cannot meet up international standard if you keep applying fertilizer ignorantly.

Your products will always be at the mercy of the buyer. They will price you lesser than your production cost.

DO THE FOLLOWING INSTEAD:

1. TEST: Test your soil or crop to understand what they lack.

You will save more money providing the exact nutrients you plants need than wasting money on what they don't need.

2. HAVE A PLAN: Don't just add fertilizer to your cocoa randomly. Have a plan.

For Example:
NPK: once a year
Trace elements: 2 times a year
Organic manure: 4 times a year
Urea: Ones a year

Do not apply fertilizers if you have not tested to know what exactly your plants want. You will lose your plants or increase your production cost unnecessarily.

Just the same way you go for test before taking treatment; Test before you add fertilizers.

DO NOT APPLY FERTILIZER TO YOUR COCOA WITHOUT PROPER TESTING

Till I come your way again.

Let's keep learning and unlearning.

I share pure experience that works and guarantee 6 times more bountiful harvest.
