Being a WOMAN is wisdom personified. That is why the acronym WOMAN is Wisdom Of Man And Nature.
Proverbs 31:30-31, Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
She is worth far more than rubies. ( Prov. 31:10)
She is created to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do. ( Eph. 2:10)
In recognition of international women's day, LTM celebrates the strides made towards gender equality, a journey we are actively part of in the Ministry.

Message : THE BENEFIT OF FASTING AND PRAYERS

Fasting is a spiritual exercise that works for us and not for God.
When reading through the bible, you will realize that many times the children of israel fast, the nation of Nineveh also fast.
Fasting doesnt go without prayer in as much as prayer goes with fasting

BENEFITS OF FASTINGS

1) HEALTH NENEFIT.
Fasting has the ability to cure cancer.
It gives a better brain functioning to think well.
Hence it has powerful effect on our health physically not just spiritually.
Fasting increases the life spand.
This has been proven scientifically as three rats were kept in a laboratory: 1 was feed three times a day, the 2 twice a day, the 3rd once a day.
But the first to die was the one which was feed trice a day followed by the one which was feed twice a day and lastly the one feed once a day.
However, fasting doesnt mean abstaining from food.
You may have a health issue if you dont take food it may aggravate the situation
What fasting we are talking about here is INTERMITED FASTING.
meaning you can program a particular set of time to take in something.
You can also drink much water as it helps in pushing out the toxins from your system

2) RESTORATION
Fasting helps us revitalize our spirit man again to be connected again to God.
Remember the town of Niniveh, which were so bad in the eyes of God.
And God was to destroy the entire nation therefore He send Jonah to let them know about the wrath of God which is coming against them due to their evil ways against God.
The king called for a national fast both man and animals.Jona 3:1-10
After they fasted God heard their cry and restored them again.
Joel 2:12-13
It doesnt matter where you are right kow.
You might have been condemned by many because the knew your weakness, God is telling you come back to him and just repent from your present way of life style and he will receive you again. God is ready amd willing to restore you again.
Dont stay back.
Dont listen to the criticism of the world against you.
Look up to what God has said concerning you.
3) DELIVERANCE: such deliverance isnt just from demons.
There are many spells and evil decree hanging on us. However, when we fast, we active late the anointing of God to destroy those spells.
Rather 4: 12-17
When Esther understood that if she doesnt take advantage of her position to save the lives of the Jew she also will be affected, she called for a fast for God to deliver them from the evil decree of the king against the Jew.
4) FASTING ENABLES US TO HEAR GOD CLEARER.
Each time you lung into fasting, your ability to hear God clearer inceeases.
It tunes your spirit to Gods frequency to be able to hear rightly from him again
Acts 13:1- each time you fast you will hear God speak.
Whatever he tells you write it down.
5) FASTING STRENGTHENS THE SPIRIT MAN
If you will operate in tje gifts of the spirit you must fast and Pray.

There are certain cases you can only change in your life or family or ministry when you fast.

pastor Agnes is thanking God for Divine provision
Last week sunday
She came to church with 1500frs
She was to use this money in church as well as her fare.
When she used the last 500frs for her offering she was left with nothing even transportation fare for her return.
After the service as a Sanctuary worker she decided to clean the church before going back home, even though she had no money for transportation and had no idea of how she will take her return.
While she was cleaning, the holy spirit minister to her the man of God will send someone to give her some money.
Firstly pastor Nordine came and personally gave her 1000frs, she thought that was the person as she was about living, the Holy spirit asked her to wait again.
While she was waiting, the man of God send some body with 5000frs to give to her. How glorious it is when we walk rightly with God and remain keen to his voice.

brothe Ayuk Tanyi is thanking God for the grace at work in his life.
A certain sunday the man of God called up on those desiring to have land.
He wasnt in church as he was was working outside
But when he got the information he also seeded for a land though he never knew how it will come.
While he was at home one faithful day. The Holy Spirit told him to buy a land.
He communicated with the man of God and he told him to go ahead.
He got in contact with a land dealer for a land of 700m² which would have cost 2,5 million miraculously he finally got the land for 1.1 million.
God gave him favor. Halleeeee.......luja
