7. Develop educational work in so far as seems necessary for the growth and efficiency of the church.
8. Own, hold in trust, use, sell, convey, mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of such property, real or chattel, as may be needed for the prosecution of its work.

"TESTIMONY TODAY:"
ADEOLA: a smart young girl was about to make a journey, and the journey was against the wish of her Mumy. Her mother said to her;
"let the driver take you there but baby"
But she replied...
"I am now a big girl don't worry"
Then she entered a public bus and the bus was filled with men and bus. As soon as the driver close the door she begins to dose-off.
She woke-up inside the forest - her purse was gone as well as the phones in her pocket,
She could hear the sound of frogs and crickets and she could see some guys with guns and machetes.
"Hey! Mummy I done die ooh"
she cried, and she said it with tears on eyes; then she continued...
"... but I refuse to be used for sacrifice - I will not due in the Name of JESUS CHRIST"
And she shouts "JESUS!"
AND as she shouted, there was earthquake. Then suddenly the witchdoctor due to use her foe sacrifice ran out restraining her from shouting because the name she was calling only invoked a mountain of fire.
But ADEOLA having no other choice kept shouting and like a dream, she was cut loose and all her victimisers escaped. .............................
I COME BEFORE YOU TODAY IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS WHO IS LORD OVER ALL...
I DECREE
YOU ARE SPARED IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
WHATEVER ARROWS OR WEAPONS OF THE ENEMY VICTIMISING YOU, I DECREE IN THE NAME OF JESUS THAT;
