6. Nurture and prepare believers in the words of God and keep them in the consciousness of Heaven till the return of our Lord Jesus.
7. Develop educational work in so far as seems necessary for the growth and efficiency of the church.
8. Own, hold in trust, use, sell, convey, mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of such property, real or chattel, as may be needed for the prosecution of its work.
