Theme: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 — After A-Level, What Next?

Organized by Deeper Life Youth & Deeper Life Campus Fellowship Douala, this special service brought together young people who excelled in their GCE A-Level for a morning of thanksgiving, guidance, and vision.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲: Positioning to Receive the Best from Divine Visitation Through His Messengers

📚 2 Kings 4:8-37 | Hebrews 13:2 | 2 Chronicles 20:20 | James 1:22-25

God visits His people to save, heal, restore, direct, or launch a new season — often through a messenger. The story of the Shunammite woman (2 Kings 4) teaches us how to position ourselves to fully receive that visitation, a message especially fitting for young people stepping into a new phase of life.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆:

1️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀
Spiritual discernment allows us to see beyond appearances and make room for His Word (Colossians 3:16).

2️⃣ 𝗔 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
Faith must produce action (James 1:22). Obedience positions us for God’s promises (Deuteronomy 28:1-2) — a fitting reminder for those asking, “Now what, after success?”

3️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵
Success does not remove future challenges. Our perseverance must always lead us back to God, the source of every true achievement (Hebrews 10:35-36; Galatians 6:9).

✨ From success to significance: may every graduate turn this academic achievement into a life of impact and purpose, anchored in God.

Le 16 août 2026, les sœurs de Shiloh ont été richement bénies lors de la première session du Séminaire des Sœurs, sous le thème « La Femme Hors du Commun », avec 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐦𝐞. 𝐎𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 Modestine Catherine Dezo comme oratrice.

L'enseignement a défié chaque sœur de devenir une femme enracinée dans la foi, construite pour un objectif, et exceptionnellement choisie — une femme dont la vie reflète les standards de Dieu dans le caractère, les relations, le service et la conduite quotidienne.

🌸 𝑼𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒄 𝑫𝒊𝒆𝒖.
Elle comprend que sa force, sa sagesse et sa fécondité viennent de Lui.

« Je suis le cep, vous êtes les sarments… car sans moi vous ne pouvez rien faire. » — Jean 15:5

🌸 𝑼𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔.
Elle valorise les personnes, traite les autres avec amour et sagesse, et comprend l'importance des relations saines au sein du corps de Christ.

🌸 𝑼𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆 𝒍'𝒐𝒃𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒇 𝒒𝒖𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒆𝒖 𝒍𝒖𝒊 𝒂 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒏é.
Elle ne se contente pas de la médiocrité mais cherche à découvrir et à accomplir ce que Dieu l'a conçue pour devenir.

« Car nous sommes son ouvrage, ayant été créés en Jésus-Christ pour de bonnes œuvres… » — Éphésiens 2:10

🌸 𝑼𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏 𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒖𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒆𝒖𝒔𝒆.
Sa valeur n'est pas définie simplement par l'apparence ou les possessions, mais par le caractère pieux qu'elle cultive.

« Qui trouvera une femme vertueuse ? Elle a bien plus de valeur que les perles. » — Proverbes 31:10

🌸 𝑼𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒅𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏 𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒔𝒂 𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆.
Elle permet à Dieu de la façonner pour devenir une femme qui peut influencer sa génération pour Sa gloire.

Ce fut vraiment un temps d'enseignement, de réflexion, d'éveil spirituel et d'autonomisation, rappelant à chaque sœur que Dieu nous a appelées non pas simplement à exister, mais à nous distinguer pour Son objectif.

🙏🏽 Que le Seigneur aide chaque sœur à devenir la femme hors du commun qu'Il l'a conçue pour être — enracinée dans la foi, construite pour un objectif, et exceptionnellement choisie. Amen !

Today, the sisters of DLCF/CCUVP Shiloh were richly blessed through a powerful and practical seminar on preparation for a godly marriage, ministered by 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐉𝐈 𝐊𝐄𝐌𝐈.

The session emphasized that preparation for marriage begins long before the wedding day.

Among the key lessons shared were:

Acts 21:8,9 1 Timothy 5:2; Luke 1:26-33

🌸 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 — guarding our chastity and honoring God with our bodies and choices.

🤝 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔 — learning to relate appropriately and wisely with both men and women while maintaining godly boundaries.

🙏 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑮𝒐𝒅 — cultivating a sincere Father-daughter relationship with God as the foundation for marriage.

🧼 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 — maintaining personal hygiene, a clean environment, and a healthy, peaceful lifestyle.

💰 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 — developing useful skills and being productive rather than dependent.

⚠️ 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅 — undue familiarity, laziness, untidiness, procrastination, fear, and every form of sin.

It was a time of teaching, reflection, practical wisdom, and spiritual encouragement, reminding every sister that a godly marriage requires intentional preparation.

May the Lord grant us the grace to live in purity, grow in wisdom, and prepare ourselves according to His standard. Amen! 🙏🏽

THE MINISTRY AND THE POWER OF GOD’S WORD ✨
Sunday Message summary – August 23, 2026

God’s Word is the believer’s most precious possession — it saves, transforms, heals, and equips us for heaven (Acts 6:2-4,7; 12:24).

1. The Unchanging Ministry of His Word — From Christ’s time till now, the Word never changes. It recreates the soul, defeats the devil, and prepares us for His return (James 1:18; Romans 10:17; John 15:3,7).

2. The Uncompromising Ministers of His Word — Like the Apostles, we’re called to preach boldly and without compromise, obeying God rather than men (Acts 4:29-31; 5:28,29; 2 Corinthians 2:17).

3. Our Unconditional Maturity Through His Word — Daily intake of the Word moves us from spiritual infancy to maturity, strength, and boldness (Hebrews 5:12-14; 6:1; Ephesians 4:13,14; Colossians 3:16,17).

Let’s stay rooted in the Word — it’s our anchor, our weapon, and our path to maturity! 🙏📖
