A Few Directives
1. Fasting from 6am to 6pm.
2. We meet in church on Wednesday from 5:30pm.
3. During the program meditate and pray much and as much as you can, reduce physical activity so as to devote time for spiritual activity.
4. We are all encouraged to actively participate in the prayers on the church whatsapp forum.
