Its imperative to note that, even though God uses the Avenue if men to make men, GOD IS STILL THE ONLY MAKER OF MEN.

If by some means if his providence you happen to be chosen as the tool to make others, please treat it as a privilege. God can use others if he so choses.
The bottom line is, the purpose of God concerning a man, people, nation or tribe cannot fail.

I have and still drink of many wine skins
I am a seed of priesthood
I am Positive wonders.
I am no rascal.. I am one of the most cautious, cultured and structured priest in this nation.

*PRINCIPLES OF STEWARDSHIP: OWNERSHIP*

*Text:* Psalm 24:1
*Memory Verse:* “The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fullness thereof, thou hast founded them,” Psalm 89:11.

One of the principles of stewardship has to do with ownership. While we are here on earth, we do not own anything. We do not own our body, and the resources or things that you are in possession of belong to God, our Creator. He owns everything in our lives. They are only given to us on trust. Therefore, to be in alignment with God, we must adopt a managerial mind-set, instead of having an ownership mentality or mind-set. We must obey God’s will involving our possessions, and manage them in accordance to the instruction of the owner as contained in His constitution, that is, His Word. We must also understand that, the management job is temporary, as it only lasts our lifetime.
Based on this understanding, we should know that we do not own the houses we live in, the cars we drive, the money in our possession, skills, talent, gifts and the like. We are caretakers and we have to take care of them in a manner or ways that are pleasing to God and that will bestow glory to Him.
If this sinks into us, it will change our attitude towards possessions or how we utilize whatever is put into our hands. We will not get all we can, can all we can get and then sit on the can. Since God owns everything, the only authority we can utilize should be based on the threshold He offers.

Father, thank You for the light on the issue of ownership. Help me to operate according to the rules of engagement, in Jesus name.

*POSITIVE WONDERS WORD FOR TODAY*
THURSDAY 29th FEBRUARY 2024

*THE CROWN OF GLORY*

*Text:* 1 Corinthians 9:24-27
*Memory Verse:* “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses,” 1Timothy 6:12.

Hallmark of champions are crowns, trophies and medals. In Olympics and competitive sports, the gold medal is the ultimate, though there are silver and bronze medals. No medal of reputation is for novelty participation and jamborees. Serious contenders strive for the ultimate. They put their mind on the reward and put in serious effort, time, focus and discipline to obtain the crown. If however they do not participate according to rules of engagement or allow indiscipline and distractions, they will be disqualified and all investment wasted. Pursuit of purpose in life and destiny is a more serious event than sports with the ultimate of all crowns "eternal life" as the reward. The bible is warning, through the admonition of Apostle Paul in our text and memory verse that:
* It is possible to run our heavenly race and be disqualified and return home empty. (1 Corinthians 9:26 & 27)
* it is possible to fight the fight of faith in earthly prosperity and breakthrough, mission expansion and crowd attendance, family comfort and fame etc and eternal life slips from us. (Luke 13:25-28)
* The wise thing to do, is to lay hold to eternal life tightly with eyes on the ultimate crown of glory while fighting the good fight of faith, (1Timothy 6:12).

*Food for Thought:*
Eternal life can slip away from you in your pursuit of vision and purpose if you do not watch and pray.

*Prayer:*
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, may I not miss eternal life with You as I fight the good fight of faith.

*THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT*

*Text:* Genesis 12:1-5
*Memory Verse:* “Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it,” Job 28:1.

Environment plays a vital role and influence on the spiritual, social behaviour and lifestyle of people, their business (trade), even to their identity. Miscreants and 'area boys' are mainly products of ghetto environments. To a large extent our environment affects our speed of progress in life and destiny. Environments are spiritually influenced (controlled), rightly or wrongly. Territorial powers and altars can control and hinder people's destines. Unless you leave such places, your blessings and greatness can be jeopardized. Until Abraham obeyed God's voice to leave his country and countrymen (Haran) to Canaan, God's promises and blessings could not be fulfilled in his life.
*The ex- mad man of Gadarenes, was supposed to be the evangelist of the territory (Decapolis), but his destiny was under spiritual chains for years, Mark 5:7-10..
*Apostle Paul could not pursue ministry purposes in Macedonia, because of great afflictions and troubles everywhere, (2 Corinthians 7:5).
*America ( USA) today, remains God's own country and in the forefront of world's industrialization and development, dignity of human life valued and respected, even with heavy migration and infiltration everyday, of all kinds of people, religion and powers, yet standing strong, because their forefathers redeemed the land and laid the foundation on God (in God we trust).
There is need to consider standing in the gap for the environment, city and land, to redeem it for God and for the sake of the prosperity of the people and the gospel, right where you are.
