Let Go to Grow: The Geography of Change

Without the courage to move out of something old, you cannot enter into something new. Accessing newness depends, most of the time, on exiting the old. You cannot settle into old ways of being, thinking, knowing, feeling, or behaving that impact negatively on your growth and expect to parachute into newness by a mere stroke of luck. Accessing newness doesn’t just happen. It is planned, intentional, and strategically implemented. This involves growing tired of unproductive old ways, strategizing to exit them, and purposefully working toward creating the envisioned newness. Do you want to access new heights in your life? Be courageous enough to divorce your old ways that act like gravity forces and pursue the newness you desire.
