Rm8:31" In view of all this, what can say? If God is for us who can be against us?"
32"Certainly not God,who did not even keep back his Son,but offered him for us all!He gave us his Son will he not also freely give us all things?"
35"Who, then, can separate us from the love of Christ? Can trouble do it,or hardship or persecution or hunger or poverty or danger or death?"
37"No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us!"

Why was the Bible given to you?
Each significant , powerful word in the scripture is meant for you to build you up,keep you for a new level in life , prepare you for a new level in life , prepare you for the challenges ahead.
The more you read and meditate on what you have read ,the more you will understand about yourself and this God who created you. For the Lord will not open the door to salvation and wisdom to the one who keeps his Bible shut. The choice is yours Jesus Christ says "Here I am ! stand at the door ,I will come in and eat with that person ,and they with me"Rev 3:20.

Why was the Bible given to you?

The Bible is given to you in the first place simply to invite you to make yourself at home with the Lord and to become more familiar with the way God speaks and the way in which you answer him with your life. Romans 12-2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world ,but be transformed by the renewing of your mind .Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is,his good pleasing and perfect will"The scripture is useless and even dead, until you act on the Word. How do we renew our mind? It is by hearing and obeying God's Word , meditating over the Word and acting upon the Word constantly. For by hearing believing comes; by believing trust comes and by trusting confidence is established. When you learn what God made you for and how he treasures your company, you will discover the true fountain of the good living and give Him all the praise. May God bless His Word in your heart as you read the Bible.

Happy New Year!
What makes the year new when the book of Ecclesiastes says there is nothing new under the sun?
What makes the year new is when you see a sober reflection in this transition as an opportunity to get back to God .l mean , you need to worship God in Spirit and in thruth.We are in perilous times,end times where as a Christian, what God 's Word says should be final.Jesus'return should be uppermost in our minds.When you look at the news around the world, you see depression, economic crisis, oppression, greed, sadness, pride and evil people who have the majority following them because of daily bread.What are we Christian doing?Are we taking our place in the believers' authority? If we say we know that we must live each day as if it were our last, what are we praying for ? What was your prayer today?
How many of us are praying for Jesus to accept us on the last day?Or Jesus I want to be saved and I want to keep doing your will ! How many are praying for the dying souls in the troubled countries?The prayer we offer is for blessing: Father give me this I want that.That is why many are busy acquiring more properties-Cars,houses, clothes,better job, more friends but for what purpose?It is not that those things are not good but the glory and honour of Jesus in our lives is not flashy things around us but the holiness in us.The only valuable thing in you is your Spirit man.Material possessions can not give you a new year for the can not give you peace and comfort but the Spirit of the Father who creates and give material things can.
When you are face to face with Jesus,He is not interested in your appearance, position or possessions but in your faith because that is what makes us one in unity with him.
He asks in Luke 18:8"when I come back, will I find faith on earth?What have you been living for?God will not you the kind of car you had but how many people you helped in need of transportation.Gos will not ask you how big your home was but how many people welcomed.

"Believers will be given the power to perform miracles.They will drive out demons in my name"Mark 16:17.
Therefore as Christians ,you do not need to worry about satan or bé frustrated by his tactics, such as setback disappointment.It is our duty to challenge him boldly , because we have the power of the name Jesus Christ .Stand your ground fearlessly.We have the power in the name of Jesus Christ to command the enemy to leave to pack and go!. Satan has to listen he has no choice.The name of Jesus is a mighty name given to genuine believers.At the mention of that name all knees must bow to the glory of God.As a Christian, a believer, evangelist, pastor or bishop,in whose name are standing, preaching and praying?
Remember,our warfare is not against flesh and blood.Have a blessed Sunday.

All authority in heaven and on Earth has been invested in that name, Jesus Christ .Read Mt28:18, Acts 1:8, Mark 16:14-18, Acts 3:16.
It is very exciting to discover that the right knowledge of God settles peace . The right knowledge of God makes us understand that the name ,Jesus Christ has authority and power indeed but only among those who are committed to the glory of Heaven . When we express the necessary trust in Christ Jesus , his duty is to raise us from death to life and then restore the wholeness and fellowship .He came from above to restore the relationship and fellowship between God and man. Therefore ,to Know Jesus' presence is to know His power . When you see Jesus , you see power . When Jesus speaks , power speaks.We know that the gift of power was extended beyond the initial twelve and the seventy; it includes believers of all nation's today.Once God supernatural power comes upon you, something is going to happen to you that can not be explained by the human mind .It may be that God will give you a song instantly;you may see a vision ;you may prophecy or speak in an unknown language.It is clear is the power of God in action. This power is only for those who sincerely accept Jesus Christ as their Lord, Saviour, Redeemer, Friend in life and all in all, knowing that without Jesus in their lives ,they will fall.Remember ,all authority in Heaven and on Earth has been invested in that name , Jesus Christ.
This means that authority and power come when you are not standing in your own name but when you are standing in the name of Jesus Christ.God bless you.
