WE ARE GUILTY TOO.

Ezekiel 44:23-24
[23]And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
[24]And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies.

I realized that in the time of Moses, it was impossible for a false prophet or teacher to survive in Israel. Moses was a prophet who did not only prophesy or perform miracles, but he thought Israel to know the difference between the clean and the unclean.

The surge of false prophets and teachers in this generation is a testimony to the failures of the prophets of God. Unless we invest adequate time in discipleship and doctrine, our churches and gathering will continue to be fertile ground for false prophets and teachers.

As a pastor you are guilty of negligence in discipleship if your christians are prey to false teachings after being with you for a year or more.

Maybe we are afraid to teach because our congregation will see symptoms of falsehood in us.

We have failed. It's painful to see that the ministry of false prophets and teachers thrive within the Christian community and not among unbelievers.

The burden is heaven I wish I could make a voice note.😔🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

WHEN YOU ARE ALONE

studying the book of Daniel I noticed something about the four Hebrew boys Daniel, Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego.
What I noticed was that in the first persecution Daniel was there with three of his friends that strengthen his faith and he likewise strengthen theirs.
Then the next persecution Daniel was out of the scene and only his three friends were persecuted.

Then finally all the three friends were absent when Daniel faced the persecution that took him to the Lions den.
When I read about the first persecution I thought Daniels friends stood firm because they were afraid of Daniel. But then the second persecution Daniel was not there and his friends stood firm and even when through fire.
The third persecution Daniel stood firm and went to the Lions den without his friends.

Listen to me, there are things we will go through as a group, as a church and as a cooperate body, but our personal strength and faith will be measured in the day we will be left to stand alone.

We can all pray as a group, we can all pray as a church, we can all stand against sin as a church. But our real stand will be known when we are left ALONE

One of this days someone will be left alone, my prayer is that wether it's you or me, our stand will be for Christ

It's a common thing in the church today, to see Christians giving ( sowing seeds) because of the expected return ( harvest), which is good. But looking back at the Muslim background where I come from I realized something not common with the contemporary Christian Church. And that is giving as a responsibility. The Muslim will give his last penny to support Shari'a, will even give his life. Not because he is expecting a 100% harvest next week but because he knows that the progress of Islam is his responsibility.

In the kingdom of God responsibility separates children from men.

The reason sadly some people don't fornicate is because they're afraid of HIV, unwanted pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases. Not because they are afraid of God.

But the admonition of scriptures to the believer is
Isaiah 8:13
[13]Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

My advice to you is Let the fear of God be the reason you hate evil not it's consequences.
