On World Children's Day today, I'm so grateful for the joy and privilege I've had with working with children in Africa over many years. Last week, what a joy to see the Watoto Children's Choir near Basel, Switzerland, on one of their final concerts in Europe before heading back to Uganda. It was only a week after I got back myself from a Uganda mission trip and had the chance to catch up not only with the kids in Jinja but also see many school children at the zoo in Entebbe on Lake Victoria. I must admit, I felt like a big kid myself with the chance to see those wonderful animals close up.
