This Sunday we begin our exploration of scriptures through the Narrative Lectionary cycle. We being at the beginning (well, almost): with the story of Noah and the flood (Genesis 6-9). Come to learn about a God who is heartbroken over human violence, yet, commits to stay in covenant relationship with humanity and all of creation in spite of our propensity to do evil things. Let's explore together what does it look like to live as "rainbow people" - showing God's love and care to all.

Join us for the final installment of our "Bumpersticker Theology" series - God said. I believe it. That settles it.

John 14:15-21 promises the Spirit's guidance as we wrestle with questions of life and faith. We will reflect on how can the Rule of Love guide our interpretation of Scripture - to seek to love God and one another more, instead of judging, excluding or dehumanizing others.

During our All Age Theme, we will also begin a 5-week celebration of our natural world. In this "Season of Creation" (1 September - 4 October), we join with Christians from all denominations in prayer and action for the protection of the environment.

Come, enjoy worship and fellowship with us. We will also celebrate Holy Communion on Sunday, 6 September at the Scots Kirk (Avenue de Rumine 26) at 10:30am.
