Holiness is the constant and faithful practice of faith through obedience to the Word of God. A saint is holy to the extent that he is obedient to God. God is the source of holiness - the saint is holy to the extent that he makes himself conformable to the will of God through obedience. God has sent us His Son, the incarnate Word of God, to sanctify us. When someone accepts Christ, the Word of God, in obedience, he is sanctified through him. The earth into which the Word of God can fall is our love: the love for God and the love for our fellow men.

Hallelujah! Rejoice and be glad for the Savior has risen!

Fr. Martin of the Secular Institute of the Servants of Suffering, sending us his Easter Greetings.

Padre Pio reminds us: "Since Jesus Christ has risen to an immortal life in glory, we too, in the words of the Apostle Paul, must rise to an immortal life in grace, with the firm intention never again to succumb to the spiritual death of the soul".

Hindi mo maisip kung gaano kalaking kagalakan ang iyong ibinigay kay Jesus sa iyong katapatan, dahil tulad ng isang hapag na may matatag na mga paa na kayang humawak maraming nakatatakam na pagkain, ang katapatan ay ang espirituwal na hapag na nagbibigay kay Jesus ng labis na kagalakan upang masulit magagandang biyaya dito.

Non puoi immaginare quanta gioia dai a Gesù con la tua fedeltà, perché come un tavolo che ha i piedi ben saldi può contenere sopra tante cose buone da mangiare, così la fedeltà è il tavolo spirituale che dà tanta gioia a Gesù per mettervi sopra le grazie più belle.
