Last September 19, 2025, the Muscat and Sohar Locale Churches of Oman held their 2nd Gawad Parangal with the theme “Glimmering for God’s Glory.” The event was led by Ptrs. Thess and Ptr. Lito Correos and graced by Presbyter Elleza Palanca, Middle East District Coordinator and Head Pastor of PMCC (4th Watch) Dubai, who served as keynote speaker and presenter of the awards. In her message, she emphasized that God never forgets the service rendered unto Him.
The evening became radiant as the brethren themselves glimmered in their dress—an outward reflection of their inner devotion and good works offered to God. Special awards were carefully chosen and presented to brethren who glimmered well that night, symbolizing not only outward beauty but also the shining of faithful service in the Lord.
Brethren who labored faithfully in Christ’s mission were also honored, highlighting their devotion to God’s work. The program was further enriched by the heartfelt participation of the Cadets, a radiant Song of Praise from Sohar Locale, and the glorious presentation of the Kawan Leaders, all of which added joy and inspiration to the celebration.
Truly, the 2nd Gawad Parangal reminded everyone that every act of service is a reflection of God’s light and will always bring glory to His Name.

On September 19, 2025, the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (PMCC) (4th Watch) Muscat and Sohar Locales joyfully celebrated a remarkable dual milestone: the 8th Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving of the Muscat Locale, and the 3rd Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving of the Sohar Locale.
The occasion was a beautiful expression of faith, unity, and gratitude, faithfully led by Pastors Lito and Thess Correos, who continue to shepherd the brethren in Muscat and Sohar with steadfast devotion. These milestones stood as powerful testaments of God’s unfailing grace and the growing spiritual maturity of the brethren in Oman.
Adding greater blessing to the celebration, the congregation was honored to welcome Presbyter Elleza Palanca, Middle East District Coordinator and Head Pastor of PMCC (4th Watch) Dubai Locale, as the guest speaker. Her stirring message of faith and perseverance encouraged the brethren to remain unwavering in their calling and to pursue greater works for the Lord.
This year’s anniversary and thanksgiving was not only a celebration of God’s abundant faithfulness but also a reaffirmation of the brethren’s commitment to serve, worship, and advance the mission of Christ in the Middle East. With hearts filled with gratitude and renewed zeal, the PMCC Muscat and Sohar Locales look forward to many more years of fruitful ministry and victorious service in the 4th Watch.
