TOPIC: THE FRUITS OF CONVERTS TO CHRIST

TEXT: DANIEL 1:8-12
8. But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.
9. Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.
10. And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me endanger my head to the king.
11. Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,
12. Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.

KEY VERSE: JOHN 15:16 Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My name, He may give it you.

Men do not light a lamp and put it under bushel but on a candlestick that it should give light to everyone that is in that environment. God saved you to save others. When the maniac of Gadara was delivered from madness, he came to himself and believed in Christ.

He wanted to follow Christ wherever He went but Jesus said, “Go home to your friends, to your people and declare to them what the Lord has done for you and how he has shown you compassion.” The man went to ten cities around where he was, from city to city because he had operated in those cities and they knew him.

“This is me. I am saved now.” God expects us to testify of His works to others. Tell your family how your life changed, what Jesus has done for you. Tell sinners around what Jesus has done for you.

God has warned us that when He tells the righteous to warn the sinners and he refuses to warn them and death takes away the sinner, He will demand the soul of that man from him. If you are righteous, you cannot afford to let others perish around you; you will want to go after them to bring them to righteousness. Go and make converts to Christ.

The conviction not to defile himself was first of Daniel but because he would bear fruits, he converted the other children so that they all purposed not to defile themselves. Daniel passed this conviction to Meshach, Shadrach and Abednego and they all got convicted not to defile themselves.

If you are a righteous leader or pastor, what are you doing concerning your brothers, friends and neighbors that have not known holiness? Have you told them? “Ah! Leave everybody to himself.” Then you are not doing the work of God because you should make converts.

Thought for the day: Go and win converts so that they should be after your kind in holiness, righteousness and truth.

TOPIC: REMEMBER JESUS IN YOUR PEACE AND PROSPERITY

TEXT: 2 SAMUEL 7:1- 2
1. And it came to pass, when the king sat in his house, and the LORD had given him rest round about from all his enemies;
2. That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains.

KEY VERSE: PSALM 99:3 “Let them praise thy great and terrible name, for it is holy.”

Remember Jesus in your peace and prosperity. Is life well with you? Do you prosper in spirit, soul and body? Do you flourish materially? Do you have new clothes and shoes, wrappers and changes of clothing? Remember Jesus did it. It came from Him.

Have you bought a car or house? Do you have a good business? You feel so happy. Do your enemies laugh with you with all their hearts? No more enmity. Life is well with your enemies so that you can look around and say, ‘I have no enemy.’ Is your life filled with peace? Are you peaceful in your house? Do you drive peacefully and sit in your office happily, none troubling you? Remember Jesus.

Oh, husband and wife, there is great fun in the house. You sit on the table, beautiful table; eggs fried with vegetable oil, salad, butter, tea, noddle, milk and beverages. Well decorated, the fragrance coming to your nose and all these things are available to enjoy. As you are eating with your wife, sweating because the tea is hot. Tell your wife, “Remember Jesus.

These things did not come from your husband but Jesus provided them. It is Jesus that has made life good for us. It is Jesus that has blessed this house and has provided these. He even sustained me, kept me alive and made me a useful husband. Jesus also gave me the income. Remember Jesus.”

Woman, did you cook a nice soup for your husband? As you see him busy with food, look at his face and say, “Husband, remember Jesus.” This soup you are eating came from Him. If not for Jesus, would you have gotten a wife like me? See the kind of soup I prepared for you. See how life is so good. I have you in my heart. Jesus gave me the thought of what to do for you. He gave me the wisdom of making this food.

Remember Jesus. It all comes from Him; the good things of life, employment, salary and the position you occupy. Therefore, keep Him in remembrance always. In your dressing, family affairs, business, education and Christian ministry, remember Jesus.

1. Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
2. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
3. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
4. So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus.

KEY VERSE: JOB 42:2 “I know that Thou canst do every thing and that no thought can be withholden from Thee.”

Completion of the Lord’s revelation on T. B. Joshua to Sister Linda:
After the death of Prophet TB Joshua, the Lord revealed through Sister Linda that he was an occultic grandmaster that worked doggedly for Satan to pollute Christianity and resist revival of holiness.

In the revelation, the Lord Jesus said, “When T.B. Joshua’s soul came out from his body in death, he marveled because the devil had told him that he would not die. Then he knew that I, whom he had despised could do all things. The power he thought he had to live long failed. Satan told him that he could not help him at his God-appointed time.

Now in hell fire, he knows Me, the Most High, Who rules over the kingdom of men. I will punish him for all the evils he has done. Even Satan is afraid to see the torment of TB Joshua in hell fire. The spirit world is crying; looking for who to replace him. I took his life in judgment because he was planning to launch another wicked mission in the world.”

The Lord continued, “I am doing all these to give way to My Movement, Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide. If the Churches knew the great benefit of removing T. B. Joshua from the world, they will praise and thank Me a lot for his death.

I, the Lord Jesus, Am making My way for the last revival on earth. That is why I said, My eyes are on My son, Paul Rika and Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide.

Tell My son, Paul Rika. to consider what the evil world is saying about T.B. Joshua who they call a great man of God. Tell him that I Am trying to help those who have never known or heard of Me. The ones that have known Me have hardened their hearts. I Am going for those who have not known Me; that is why I Am running with My son, Paul Rika.”

TOPIC: THE GREATNESS OF DANIEL: ADDITIONAL QUALITIES OF DANIEL

TEXT: DANIEL 1:3-6
3. And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes;
4. Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans.
5. And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king.
6. Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:

KEY VERSE: DANIEL 1:21 And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus

Daniel possessed moral powers. What Nebuchadnezzar never knew was moral powers. He didn’t got moral powers. Daniel was above others in moral powers. Daniel was great in godliness. What Nebuchadnezzar never knew was godliness. Daniel was above others in godliness.

As we go on in our studies, there are other things Nebuchadnezzar never knew of Daniel. He had additional qualities. His own university said children with five credits but Daniel had nine credits. Above the required five credits.

So, this is the man called Daniel. Daniel was great in humility. This is the man with additional qualities of humility. Daniel was a great lover of God. Additional qualities; love for God, was in Daniel.

Does God make a man like that? Sure. Now the question is, if a common king needs people of this qualities, what about the King of kings?. What qualities of people would He desire to stand before Him?

But you are not building up yourself, you are not creative, you are not adding to yourself, you are not acquiring more for yourself to stand before this God. You are not applying your intelligence to Christianity. You are not productive. You are not inventive in the life of holiness.

Do you know the qualities of the men that will enter heaven, to stand before the eternal King? These are qualities requested by a mortal king, what about the immortal King. Do you think you qualify actually to stand before the great God? Do you think that He is taking everybody? Now even these qualities were not enough.

Reading from Daniel 1:5, we discover that even these inherent, natural, self-developed qualities were not enough. Additional work had to be done on them to qualify them to stand before the king; teaching them the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. I want to teach them not only the language and learning of Babylon, I will impact unto them the ancient things to qualify them to rule with me.
