DIVINE RECOVERY AND RESTORATION
Joel 2:25, 1 Samuel 30: 1-19

Beloved, restoration is of the Lord. The Lord has the exclusive power to restore
you, exhaustively, totally and permanently. Before the end of this program, the Lord will surprise you with uncommon, unmerited and incomprehensible recovery and restoration. In Joel 2:25, it is
written, "So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust and the chewing locust, my great army which I sent among you."

Sin is a terminator. It kills relationships. It makes you vulnerable to the attack of your enemies. It opens a hedge through which the enemies, devourers and locusts can come in and attack your business, finances and even family. According to the scriptural reference above the Lord promised to restore everything you have lost.

The Lord will definitely surprise you with uncommon, total recovery and restoration, before the end of this program. In 1Samuel 30:1-19, the Amalekites attacked Zikzag where David, his men and their families camped; burnt it down and carried everything they have, including their families. David and his men were terribly overwhelmed with sorrow. He inquired from the Lord to ascertain if he should pursue them; if he does, will he overtake them and recover all. The Lord mandated him to pursue them for he shall surely overtake and recover all. He pursued, overtook and recovered all, as the Lord had told him.

Before the end of this program the Lord will restore everything you have lost. The Lord will eliminate all termites, locusts, and powers whose activities are inimical to your success and growth. The Lord will grant you total recovery and restoration. There will be restoration in your finances. There will be restoration in your family. There will be restoration in your dilapidated marriage, and there will be restoration of your lost glory. Every step you throw from now, shall be a step of honour, a step of victory, a step of recognition, a step of financial breakthrough, recovery and restoration, in the name of Jesus. Your case is settled.

PRAYER POINTS
1. My Father, by your order, grant that I may be divinely located for total recovery, revival and restoration, in the name of Jesus.
2. Lord, by your order, let every spiritual thief, armed robbery and marine power that has stolen any of my blessings be located, arrested and deactivated, in the name of Jesus.
3. Oh Lord, let everything I have lost be recovered, restored and magnified, in the name of Jesus.
4. Pray for our Spiritual Director, Evang. Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi and Zion Prayer Movement Outreach.

I pray all the tenants we build their own satisfaction house in Jesus mighty name Amen for the good landlord over there always be good to tenants, i love the fact that you show care about your tenants

Some landlord do not care and won't even inform the their tenants that they want to sell the house

First of all

1. Call for a general meeting where you inform them officially about your intention to sell the house

And let them know that there is probability that the new buyer may retain them or wish not to retian them.

2. The law it self has protected them already because their tenancy continues with the new buyer either he likes it or not.

But for the sake of peace for them

Pls do well to inform the new buyer about when their rents will expire and for those whose rent has expired already or they have one or two months left

The new landlord is to serve them six months notice to Quit so they can use the six months to prepare themselves well for relocation

3. The new buyer must understand that every obligation, agreement you had with the tenant before selling to him shifts automatically to him pending the time their rents will expire

4. The new buyer should be properly informed that he has the right to refund them their rent balance and ask them to leave by giving them three months notice to quit

But the tenants have the right to reject the money and stay until their rents expires and there is nothing he can do about it

4. The new landlord does not have the right to disconnect their light or water in other to put pressure on them

5. The new buyer must understand that he does not have ther right to remove their roof or lock them out

6. The new buyer must understand that he does not have the right to use police or army to harass them for any reason at all.

7. The new buyer must understand that he can start doing one or two works on the landed property but any of those work must not bring inconvenience to the tenants in any way without seeking for their consent and approval

The tenants have the right to SU£ nd demand for damages in Millions and he must take note

That when the tenants SU£ him

He can't evict them again till the case is over

Even if it takes 2 years.
