Senior Pastors/Ps Chicky-E. Ndongala were born, bred and educated in Democratic Republic of Congo precisely in the capital Kinshasa
-They understand the environment and people living there
-Got the training from Christian Family Church International Johannesburg campus and Ps Chicky-E. Ndongala is graduate third year Bible College and obtain a Bachelor Degree in Ministry. He is currently studying

Masters in Ministry. Purpose :
-Preaching the uncompromising word of God that will bring salvation to many people
-Provision of long time strategy/model of impartation to sons will use Dr Theo Wolmarans CDs and DVDs.
-To love and serve with humility and gratitude

Vision:
To bring people into the family of Jesus Christ, develop them to Christian maturity and equip them for their ministry in the church in order to magnify God’s name. The mission statement of CFCI Kinshasa-DRC is:

1)To display the Ministry of Jesus by penetrating the entire Democratic Republic of the Congo and the regions of Africa/French speaking with the dynamic word of God.

2)To equip the church of Jesus Christ and see the body of Christ fulfils their God given visions and dreams in this world.

3)To feed Jesus lambs, to take care of Jesus sheep and to feed Jesus sheep. John 20:21-22 (NCV)" Then Jesus said again, "Peace be with you. As the Father sent me, I now a send you." After He said this, He breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit". John 21:15-17(NCV) When they finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, do you love me more than these? He answer, "Yes Lord, you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Feed my lambs". Again Jesus said, "Simon son of John, do you love me? He answered, "Yes, Lord you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Take care of my sheep." A third time He said, "Simon son of John, do you love me?" Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him for third time, "Do you love me?" Peter said Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you!" He said to him, "Feed my sheep".
