Did you know? That the book of Revelation speaks of Jezebel. Jezebel was the daughter of the Sidonian king (Ethbaal), an idolater and the wife of King Ahab. She led King Ahab and Israel into idolatry. She killed the prophets of the Lord and threatened the prophet Elijah with death. Jezebel encouraged Ahab to do evil. In Revelation, Jezebel is the false prophetess who teaches and seduces God's servants to commit fornication. She also leads them to eat meat sacrificed to idols. God in his love gives her time to repent. C/ Let us pray for the servants of God who are always Jezebel's targets. May God guard them and strengthen them. Let's not always be there to blame and criticise them, let's not forget that they are targets of the enemy, let's pray for them. Rev 2:20-29; 1 Kings 16:31;18:4;21:25. Le saviez-vous? Que L'Éternel protège toujours ses enfants. Le saviez-vous ? Que c’est le vingt et unième jour du septième mois que l’Éternel donna des promesses pour la reconstruction du temple par Aggée. L’Éternel assura son peuple qu’Il est avec eux. Il leur demanda de se fortifier et de travailler. Il réitère qu’il reste fidèle à l’alliance qu’il avait faite avec son peuple à la sortie de l’Égypte. Son esprit est avec son peuple et qu’il n’a pas de raison de craindre. Il affirme que l’argent et l’or sont à lui. Il termine par déclarer que la gloire de la dernière maison sera plus grande que celle de la première. C/ En ce jour, l’Éternel te rassure qu’Il est avec toi, ne crains rien. Il demeure fidèle à l’alliance faite avec toi, son Esprit est avec toi, avance dans ta marche avec Lui. L’or et l’argent lui appartiennent, ne promène pas les yeux inquiets, Il est ton Berger, tu ne manqueras de rien. Si aujourd’hui tu n’as rien, demain tu seras dans l’abondance.
