The Truth Will Defend Itself

This Sunday, Ps. Brian reminded us that the truth does not need our protection—it stands on its own. When we stop trying to prove ourselves and proclaim Christ Jesus as Lord, we enter the ultimate freedom He secured for us.
He challenged us to examine our standing with God by reflecting on these key questions:
- Are you free to love & forgive? Ps. Brian called us to extend unconditional grace and bless others freely. (Matthew 5:12)
- Are you free to give generously? He reminded us that when you fear money, it controls you—and challenged us to give boldly without worrying about tomorrow. (Matthew 6:31)
- Are you free to speak boldly? Ps. Brian urged us to share Jesus unashamedly with those who don't know Him. (2 Corinthians 5:17–18)
- Are you free to hear from God? He encouraged us to approach God, listen to the Holy Spirit, and keep a heart ready to obey.
- Are you free from fear? He pointed us to a life completely free from the fear of the devil and at peace with eternity.

Let’s step out in faith, yield to the Holy Spirit, and let God’s truth speak for itself.

Our children also presented special songs—poems, songs about God’s creation, and joyful dances that reflected the gifts God has placed in them.

As a church, we prayed over them and the entire Children’s Ministry, trusting God to continue using them for His glory.

What a joyful Sunday! Our Children’s Church led us in worship with bright smiles, joyful hearts, and beautiful enthusiasm.
Their participation reminded us that every child has a special place in God’s family and that worship is a celebration for all ages.

“Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise.” — Matthew 21:16

📖 THE 6 PRAYERS FOR THIS SEASON.

Pastor James preached and reminded us that one or more of these prayers are needed for God to work in us by His Spirit:

- The Prayer of Repentance — “Create in me a clean heart, O God.”
- The Prayer for Boldness and Power — “Enable Your servants to speak Your Word with great boldness.”
- The Prayer of Praise and Worship — “At midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing.”
- The Prayer for Guidance — “Lord, show me Your way.”
- The Prayer for Strength and Perseverance — “Lord, strengthen me.”
- The Prayer for Revival — “Lord, revive Your work.”

May we not only hear these prayers but make them our daily pursuit as we seek God’s presence, power, direction, strength, and revival in this season.
