We have a large quantity of Lentil & Oat soup mix if there are organizations or individuals that would like to have some. We have much more than you would ever need, so if you are interested, don't be shy to ask for what you need. The best before date is May, 2026, but it was stored in a dry cool place and good until at least May of 2027. For small amounts, come to the front of our building between 9 and 4 and just grab it from there. We will have them there when the food bank opens at 1 today. If you are looking for larger quantities, send a private message here on Facebook with how many you would like, and when you plan to pick them up. (There are 45 packages in each case).

Hey Folks, for those who can use the help (and who can't), have a look at this.

Applications are now open to seniors for financial assistance to help with home heating costs during the upcoming winter months.

Eligible seniors with low-to-moderate household incomes may receive between $460 and $750 per month, from September 2026 to April 2027. The amount depends on their home community.
