The Bible isn't one book, it's a library of 66 different books all bound together, telling one grand narrative of God and man. Some of those books are heavy hitters, and for good reason! The Gospels, Paul's letters to the early church, the major prophets, the Psalms, and a handful of others get quoted, referenced, underlined, and prayed through with regularity.

Others, though, don't get as much love. We rarely turn to certain parts of the Bible in church services or in private devotions, for a variety of reasons.

For the rest of the summer, we're going to spend some time in those "clean pages" - the pages that don't get referenced nearly enough.

If you're curious, you're invited to come check it out! Make sure you bring a Bible so you can see for yourself. Every Sunday morning at 11am, 20 Forbes St, Yarmouth.

Oh, and if you don't have a Bible you can read AND UNDERSTAND, we'd love to give you one!

This weekend we continue talking about the promises of God through looking at a few prominent characters in the Bible.

This week, Peter! Some people reading this may have more in common with a biblical character than you would have thought.
Jesus says some of the most famous words in all of scripture to Peter, and how you interpret them can have a dramatic effect on your life.

This Sunday, we'll explore what God promised Joshua and discover how those same truths can give us courage, hope, and confidence in every season of life.
