One of the greatest dangers in any church is when God’s people begin listening to voices that oppose, criticize, or seek to undermine the leadership God has placed in your church.
You may not always agree with every decision your pastor makes, but if someone is constantly attacking him, sowing discord, spreading gossip, or trying to damage his testimony, they are not helping the church, they are hurting it.
The devil has always targeted spiritual leaders because he knows that if he can discourage the shepherd, he can affect the flock.
Pastors are not perfect men, but they are God’s men.
They carry burdens most people never see, fight battles most people never know about, and answer to God for the souls under their care.
Instead of listening to criticism, let’s be people who pray.
Instead of repeating rumors, let’s be people who encourage.
Instead of tearing down, let’s build up.
If someone is determined to be an enemy of your pastor, don’t make the mistake of making them your friend.
A healthy church is built on unity, love, and respect for God’s leadership.
I am so thankful for my church and church family and the unity we share.
In a world filled with division, confusion, and conflict, God has blessed us with a church family that genuinely loves one another, prays for one another, and works together for His glory.
Unity is not something to be taken for granted, it is a precious gift from the Lord.
It is worth protecting, praying for, and nurturing.
May God help us to continue standing together, serving together, worshipping together, and reaching others together.
May we always keep Christ at the center of everything we do and strive to maintain the spirit of unity that brings honor to Him.

I love my pastor and my church family and thank God for each one of you!
