This Sunday we launched a new teaching series in the Book of James, walking through James 1:1–27 and asking an important question: What happens when faith meets real life?

James reminds us that faith was never meant to stay theoretical. As we dig into the Word of God, we’re challenged not just to listen to what God says, but to do what it says. Real faith shows up in how we live.

James isn’t calling us to perfection—he’s calling us to formation. Becoming more Christ-like in our daily walk with God.

Pastor Jared encouraged us to take time this week to prepare our hearts for where God is leading us and to reflect on two questions:
1. What happens to our faith when it meets real life?
2. Are we willing to let God form us there?

As we open our hearts and choose vulnerability before the Lord, we invite the Holy Spirit to work in us as we continue studying the Book of James.

We’re excited for what God has in store at TCC this season.
