Reflection: True Success Belongs Only to Allah ✨
In our halaqah this past Sunday, we were reminded of a powerful truth — nothing in our lives happens by our strength, effort, or planning alone.
Every blessing — a good job, a passing grade, a new opportunity, even the ability to breathe and believe — all of it flows from Allah’s mercy. 🌙
When we begin to think, “I did this,” we risk forgetting the One who made it possible. Our hearts find peace when we return every success, every ease, every accomplishment to Allah ﷻ.
Let this beautiful du‘ā be our daily reminder:
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ، أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ، وَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ
“O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help. Rectify all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye.”
May Allah keep our hearts humble, our intentions pure, and our success tied only to Him. 🤍
