We talk about the Holy Spirit all the time, but if someone asked you to explain Him over coffee, would you know what to say? Is He a force, a feeling, or something else?

To most Christians, Holy Spirit is the most misunderstood person of the Trinity; yet He is the one who makes the Christian life actually work.

Charles Spurgeon said:
“Without the Spirit of God, we can do nothing. We are as ships without wind. We are useless.”

As Y.A. We continue our deep scriptural study on Holy Spirit, who He is, How He works, and learning to walk with Him. A crucial person to your faith walk.

This 2026 will be a year of spiritual deepening and alignment. Beholding The Lamb of God, the initiator and perfector of our faith. This is a heart posture for living (Hebrew 12:2).

January is an important month for us, and here are some key moments we’re looking forward to this month:

- We’re excited for the assembly of our EXCO Young Adults Leadership Team. Composed of those of you who dream and vision for our community, you’ll lead us with the heart of Christ; helping shape the vision and culture of who we’re meant to be.

• Fasting & Prayer Week (Jan 19–25 | 8 AM–4 PM)
A focused week where we fast & pray, drawing nearer to the heart of God and strengthening our spirit-person. An intentional week as we commit our year to Christ.

• BEHOLD Nights (last gathering of each month) – Jan 24
A special night of worship and prayer. This month we’ll be joined by our church’s prayer team. We’ll come together to fix our eyes on Jesus in earnest prayer and worship.

• Bethel Let’s Talk (Lunch) – Jan 25
We’ll conclude our fast with a feast; a delicious meal after second service on Sunday as we gather for fellowship and conversation.

• Abide Nights (Jan 3 & Jan 10)
These nights are dedicated to deepening our understanding of Scripture through Bible study, discussion, and meaningful/fun fellowship in community.

This is an exciting month and a meaningful way to begin the year. Let’s be intentional and in earnest prayer each day!

Holy Spirit, align our lives, plans, and future to the Lord. In Jesus name!🙏
