You never know when the real winter comes, and brings an excruciatingly frigid cold together with a relentless wind. Certainly not the best time for the outdoor running or cycling activities (although I notice every winter that there are still some brave people somehow jogging in -30, and what appeares to me, dont complain much of weather conditions: honestly, last January I myself went on run in -25, felt like -30, but it didn't last for long, the cold was piercing through the layers of my clothes rapidly and very soon I was quivering and my teeth chattered ceaselessly until I returned back home.)

So, now, not taking any morning opportunities to run for granted, feeling blessed and lucky to be able to go out there and crush some miles!!!

It's been over 2 weeks since the gyms were shut down once again and all the workouts were indefinitely transferred to the households. Tough mental challenge, I must say!

The marathons' season is not that far away, and I have huge plans and goals to be carried out next summer (given that covid is gone), so no time to waste, staying hard and restless towards every workout session, pushing harder than ever before and hoping for the best.

Stay all safe out there!!!!

Wanna know how to finish up the week solid?

Lace up, head outside and take an easy, moderate-paced run, it's not even substantial where you are running to or at what pace, sometimes it's simply about finding your moral and mental comfort through experiencing a certain physical challenge.

For such runs there is no need to take any devices neither cellphone nor earbuds, try to be present right there at the moment, let all the distracting thought go and, basically, try to find a way to empty your mind so the only thing you are really focused on is your body and the way it bears the run.

If you achieve this mindful state, you will sense how beneficial this sort of meditational-running process is.

Personally, I have been experimenting with such running form for a long time, and the outcomes are truly astonishing. The way you feel afterwards cant be hardly compared to any other exhilarating activities.

Somehow it pacifies you while magically gives you a boost of adrenaline and, also, fosters an extraction of dopamine in your body and that's what makes you gratified thereafter.

Strongly recommend for everyone to try!!!
