Fresh Start is a new church in the Winnipeg area with a commitment to use any and all resources available to be empowered and empower others with supernatural love. We are a uniquely gifted community that is determined to welcome everyone and seek to be equipped to release those gifts in order inspire the world to be transformed by the Spirit and word of God.
