🍂 Happy Thanksgiving!

Today we give thanks for God’s peace and for each of you. May His peace rule in your hearts and homes today.

“And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.” Colossians 3:15

At many Thanksgiving tables this weekend, there will be an uninvited guest called Comparison … and Comparison doesn’t just show up, it eats! It will eat your joy, it will eat your peace, it will eat your contentment … and if you let it stay long enough, it will eat your thanksgiving.

This morning, we will look at what the Bible says about the dangers of comparison and how we can be thankful in all things.

Our Sunday gathering times are as follows:
►► Online: Sundays at 9:30 AM CT

In the final week of our series, Jonah obeyed God but his heart was still far away from God. Then the story ends. What if the unresolved ending is there because God wants you to answer the same question He wanted Jonah to answer?

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

On this day, we encourage all our Bethel families and friends to take the time and space to recognize the tragic legacy of residential schools, to honour the children who survived, and to remember those who did not. Please pray for the families and communities affected.

May we continue to learn, listen, and reflect.
