Anishinaabe Days is Treaty One Nations’ annual summer celebration held at Naawi-Oodena, bringing people together to experience Anishinaabe culture through community and connection. Free and open to all, the event creates a welcoming space for families, neighbours, partners, and allies to learn and celebrate.
THE 5TH ANNUAL ANISHINAABE DAYS TRADITIONAL POWWOW IS BACK! 🪶
Join us as part of the 5th Annual Anishinaabe Days celebration for a weekend of song, dance, drumming, and gathering at Naawi-Oodena, 505 Kenaston Boulevard, Winnipeg, on July 25 and 26.

The Anishinaabe Days Traditional Powwow has become an important stop on the Treaty One Powwow Trail, bringing together dancers, drum groups, families, and visitors from across Treaty One Territory and beyond. For our urban members who may not be travelling to community powwows this summer, this is your opportunity to gather, celebrate, and experience the beauty of our Anishinaabe culture right here in the heart of Winnipeg. Everyone is welcome.
POWWOW SCHEDULE
🪶 Grand Entry
• Saturday, July 25 at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM
• Sunday, July 26 at 1:00 PM
🪶 Registration
• Opens at 11:00 AM each day
💰 Honourarium will be paid daily to dancers in full regalia.
🥁 All drum groups are welcome.
