What a wonderful Saturday to end off our planned week of prayer. It's been an incredible week and a joy to see the Lord burdening many people for unity and prayer in the church of Winnipeg. And though that's it for us, there's other churches who are continuing to pray and fast throughout the month of January.

Don't hang up the phone now! Let's continue to pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 "pray without ceasing." Though certainly a good individual admonishment, the fact that the Greek verb is in the plural is a great reminder to continually be praying together. We will keep you updated with future plans!

It was a joy to pray with the saints at Kilcona Park Alliance Church last night. Beautiful time and thoughts at the Lord's feet. For the final day of our planned meetings, we're doubling up! Here's the schedule:

So awesome when God takes a 2.5 hour meeting for prayer and turns it into 4.5 hours! Praising the Lord for an amazing time at St. James Gospel Chapel. Tomorrow, the Lord has something more unique planned. Since it seems that He has kept closing doors for a church to host Thursday, we have decided to meet across the city (and outside the city) in different peoples' houses to pray for Winnipeg. The idea is to grab a friend, group, or family, and bring them together to pray. If you need a place, feel free to reach out and we can get you connected. Happy praying!

That's a wrap on our Knowing Him Conference. Thank you to all those who came out! Praising the Lord for testimonies of the Spirit working and lives changed. May we continue to "press on to know the Lord" into the year 2024!

What better way to end off the year than pursuing to KNOW God more?! Join us for our year-end conference from December 29 - January 1 at Millar Bible College.

Hosea 6:3 “So let us know, let us press on to know the LORD. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth.”

There are only a few instances in Scripture where Jesus makes a prayer request. Here is one of them: John 17:21 "I pray that they will all be one... so the world will believe You sent Me."

What if we came together as believers from different churches and fulfilled Jesus' prayer request? Join us January 1st at Millar Bible College for a time of prayer, praise, and testimonies with believers from all around the city!

Then from January 2-5, we hope to support one another by joining church prayer meetings across Winnipeg. Stay tuned! For more info, check out our website: reachingwinnipeg.ca
