In this sacred month of May, while celebrating Vesak, Buddha Meditation Centre organized a breakfast offering program at Agape Table. The program was successfully carried out by the monastery community.

A truly peaceful and meaningful Day-Long Meditation Retreat this past weekend 🙏
Throughout the day, everyone practiced mindfulness, cultivated Samatha (calmness) and Vipassana (insight) meditation, and reflected on the Dhamma. The Dhamma discussion also gave a wonderful opportunity to clear doubts and deepen the practice.
It was a day filled with inner calm, wisdom, and the gathering of wholesome merits.
Thank you to everyone who joined and helped create such a serene and beautiful atmosphere .
We are also sincerely grateful to all the volunteers for their support and dedication.
