Forgiveness is one of the hardest things God asks us to do.

Because sometimes the hurt was real.The betrayal was real.The disappointment was real.

But in Philemon, Paul shows us what the Gospel looks like in relationships.

Onesimus messed up.Philemon had every reason to be offended.Yet Paul steps in and points both of them toward grace, reconciliation, and restoration.

That’s the heart of Christianity.

Not pretending pain didn’t happen.Not excusing wrong.But choosing to release bitterness and trust God with justice.

Matthew 18 reminds us that forgiven people should become forgiving people.

Colossians 3:13 says:“Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”

Love and forgiveness are the operating system of the Christian life.

If grace changed our lives,then grace should also shape the way we treat people.

Even difficult people.Even painful situations.Yeah… even them. 😬
