Meeting Minutes 8/28
Agenda : To welcome new members, discuss dress attire, our aim why we are serving God, house rules during proactive. Our rules in adding new members . song choices , availability of the back up singers.
New members : Jahren ( drums) , Bryan , ( Guitar , piano, bass, drums)
1. Discussed dress code for Women : pants , skirts are allowed but the length should be mid size
2. Discussed about qualifications for joining the ministry- should be a long time member of a dgroup for now. Eventually will follow CCF main handbook
3. Will continue to use the spreadsheet for schedules and will create a new group chat
4. Discussed about the importance of knowing why we are doing what we do and who are we serving and the objective of our ministry.
5. Discussed about back up singers attending our practice if possible.
6. For the meantime practice will continue every Friday.
7. Will not form two teams, Musicians and singers will follow assigned schedule.
8. Song choices: Leads will try to minimize using new songs and will try to align the songs to the Sunday message. Song leads can also consult Christy C for guidance.
9. Song leads should send the lyrics to Bro Rudy not later than Saturday morning.
10. Discussed about having a devotional meeting or a bible study as a group.
11. If someone is interested in joining our group please consult me or Christy Concepcion.
12. If song leads needs assistance in getting the right key for them they can consult Anthony or Brian. Please coordinate with them so they can prepare the keys for the set list.
13. Bro. Dave suggested changing our speakers and if there are any needs for equipments, instruments kindly inform me and will coordinate with Bro. Jay.
14. Will continue to have color theme for Sunday service.
15. Avoid inviting other people during practices so we can fully devote and concentrate during our scheduled meeting.
