On May 24th, we celebrated a milestone in the lives of the young people of our parish as they received Holy Communion for the first time! We pray that this first reception of the Eucharist marks the beginning of a lifelong relationship with Christ. May you always remain close to Him and find strength and joy in the gift of the Holy Eucharist!

Youth ages 12-17 are invited to join us for our final gathering before summer on June 7th from 12:00–2:00 p.m. in the parish hall. Our theme, “Summer Mission: Rest & Rise,” will reflect on Psalm 62:1: “Truly my soul finds rest in God.” Join us for an afternoon of food, games, faith, friends, and fun as we celebrate the end of our ministry year together. Please prepare for time outdoors, weather permitting.
If this is your youth’s first time attending a youth ministry gathering, a parent must register them in advance. Email [email protected] to receive the first-time registration link or for more information.

A great big thank you to all the youth who participated and the dedicated youth ministry team leaders who made our May gathering great! Through our time together, we learned that saying "Yes to Love” just as the Holy Family did, in words and actions, can transform each of us. Our small "yeses" fill our homes with love, which in turn spills forth to enrich our community and the world!
Thanks to the Balcaen family for the meal and Isabelia for the home baked treats!
Mark your calendar for our last gathering of the season June 7th!

Our parochial School celebrated the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker with thoughtful activities, classroom reflections and acts of gratitude for community workers. Good job, students and staff! St. Joseph the Worker, pray for us!

Today, our school community joyfully celebrates the feast of Saint Joseph the Worker, the patron of our school.
Students participated in meaningful learning activities centered on the dignity of work and serving others. Our Grade 4 students took part in a special outreach project, writing heartfelt letters of gratitude to community workers to thank them for their dedication and commitment to their vocations.
In our Kindergarten to Grade 2 classrooms, students reflected on how St. Joseph is a role model of humility and hard work. They also spent time imagining their own futures—thinking about what they would like to be when they grow up and how they can use their gifts to help others, just as St. Joseph did.
We love accompanying our learners through thoughtful reflections and acts of kindness as they continue to grow in faith and service.
St. Joseph the Worker, pray for us! 💙
