Thank you to everyone who helped make our inaugural 2025–2026 Youth Ministry season such a success! Throughout the year, our young people had opportunities to grow in faith, build friendships, and become more involved in parish life.
We are especially grateful to everyone who joined us for our final gathering of the season, “Summer Mission: Rest & Rise.” It was a wonderful way to celebrate the year together through prayer and fellowship.
As we conclude our ministry year, we look forward to continuing this journey in the fall. Watch for information about upcoming events and the start of our 2026–2027 Youth Ministry season.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Plants and Doughnuts Fundraiser on May 31st! The proceeds will go a long way toward funding our parish renovations and activities. Our heartfelt gratitude to our generous plant donors and hardworking volunteers and to everyone who stopped by to buy plants and Krispy Kreme treats. Let’s continue to make this spring tradition a wonderful success!

On May 1st, we joyfully celebrated our patron saint, Saint Joseph the Worker, with a beautiful Mass honoring his example of faith, humility, and service.
Following Mass, we gathered for a special appreciation celebration to thank all who generously share their time and talents within our parish and community. Your dedication helps make our parish a welcoming, faith-filled home for many. Thank you to everyone who serves in big and small ways. May Saint Joseph continue to guide and inspire us in our work and ministry.

On April 23rd, we held our first Puzzle Race! Seven teams participated in an evening filled with laughter, concentration, food, teamwork and strategy as everyone worked hard to complete their 500-piece puzzles.
Partway through the event, an unexpected power outage added an extra challenge to the evening! Our amazing participants took it all in stride, continuing to puzzle by flashlight and cell phone light. What a fun and supportive community spirit to witness!
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our first Puzzle Race such a memorable evening. All proceeds from the event will support our Youth Ministry.

On May 28, the Women of the Worker (WOW) group hosted "An Evening with His Grace, Archbishop Albert LeGatt," celebrating women’s invaluable contributions to the church. Established in the spring of 2023 at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, WOW brings together women from the parish and the surrounding community, united by a shared mission to grow and serve in three key areas: Social, Service, and Spiritual.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for this truly special night of community, reflection, and fellowship. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we collected a wonderful bounty of donated baby items for Villa Rosa. These gifts will go a long way in supporting young mothers and their babies in our community. Villa Rosa has a rich history of care; it was founded in 1898 by the Misericordia Sisters to create a safe, supportive shelter for single pregnant individuals.
Thank you once again for your participation, your generosity, and for opening your hearts to make this evening a beautiful success!

On May 30th, we celebrated a special milestone in the lives of the young people of our parish as they received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Through the gift of the Holy Spirit, they were strengthened in their faith and commissioned to live as witnesses of Christ in the world. Let us pray that the graces they received in this sacrament continue to guide and inspire them!

On May 24th, we celebrated a milestone in the lives of the young people of our parish as they received Holy Communion for the first time! We pray that this first reception of the Eucharist marks the beginning of a lifelong relationship with Christ. May you always remain close to Him and find strength and joy in the gift of the Holy Eucharist!

Each month our School celebrates students who live out the Fruits of the Holy Spirit in their daily lives. In May, our School recognized students who best live out the Fruit of Kindness. These students show concern for others who are in need. Way to go, students!

Youth ages 12-17 are invited to join us for our final gathering before summer on June 7th from 12:00–2:00 p.m. in the parish hall. Our theme, “Summer Mission: Rest & Rise,” will reflect on Psalm 62:1: “Truly my soul finds rest in God.” Join us for an afternoon of food, games, faith, friends, and fun as we celebrate the end of our ministry year together. Please prepare for time outdoors, weather permitting.
If this is your youth’s first time attending a youth ministry gathering, a parent must register them in advance. Email [email protected] to receive the first-time registration link or for more information.

Join us for an evening of reflection with Archbishop Albert LeGatt on May 28th at 6:30 PM as we celebrate women’s contributions to the Church. The event is hosted by the Women of the Worker Ladies Group in our Parish Hall. All are invited to attend. Please bring a new baby item to donate to Villa Rosa and a sweet treat to share.
